For the freshest and most authentic flavours of Balinese cuisine served with traditional hospitality, don't miss the unique dinner experience at Jala Restaurant.

The a la carte dinner menu features a variety of dishes from the daily Balinese diet as well as those that are usually reserved for important ceremonies such as weddings and temple anniversaries. Enjoy authentic flavours such as satay lilit, grilled jumbo sweet prawns, melt-in-your-mouth pork stew and the famous bebek betutu crispy duck, followed by a sweet finish of Balinese desserts.

The Cooking Academy also runs daily classes for guests to learn the secrets of Balinese and other regional cuisines from Indonesia.

Awesome food, great experience and informed staff that can describe your drinks and food down to where the ingredients come from, many from the garden in front of the restaurant! Getting to the restaurant was easy. A Grab to the Four Seasons and the staff of the hotel take you to the restaurant by golf cart. All top notch! Only danger is over eating! Delicious!!!!

This is a small restaurant (5 tables) - the experience is very intimate and special. The staff are happy to tell you about balaneese culture, things to see, and it is obvious they take pride In their country. The food was very good. We had the balaneese tasting menu and drinks. - the shrimp is absolutely amazing Was an unforgettable experience

Jala is an outstanding new restaurant at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. With only 4 tables and many delightful attentive staff, the whole experience was exceptional. We we desperately in search of an authentic Balinese meal, and with many places still closed, we were so lucky to find Jala. Do yourself a favour ; pay a bit more for this total experience. You won’t regret it! And say hi to Newi. She will treat you like royalty!
