It’s located in a strip with other businesses. Parking is difficult location is difficult. Food was good very small quantity but tasty. It’s a one and done for me.

We tried Jade Eatery and Lounge for the first time on Father's Day. I must sat the decor of the restaurant is beautiful. We sat next to the Koi pond. The food and the service was excellent as well. The dishes we ordered were on the spicy side which we loved. This restaurant is a keeper. We will definitely be going back.

Came with family for Father’s Day. Owner son very kind and considerate did a great job of welcoming us. Waiter Pema far below average in terms of quality service but food came out well and I enjoyed the scenery.

I've been to the one in Forest Hills therefore I compared the two forest hills is way better the service here was very slow the food is ok the ambiance is good but not as nice as forest hills

The ambience was so beautiful, the food was amazing. The service was ok. Only issue I had, when asked for another drink, the glass was sticky and dirty. Overall the food and place is amazing.

My wife and I visited Jade for our anniversary dinner. While the ambience was pleasant, the service significantly impacted our experience. We received only one menu tablet for two people and had to request another. Our appetizers arrived inconsistently, with a significant wait between them. My wife's entree arrived prematurely, interrupting our appetizer course. We felt rushed throughout the meal despite requesting otherwise. While the drinks were good, securing a second round took a considerable amount of time, despite our empty glasses. The overall lack of attentiveness from the wait staff and the absence of a floor manager to address these issues left us disappointed. Recommendation: Avoid Jade if you prioritize attentive service alongside your meal.

Overall is really restaurant, perfect for date night. The only thing is they can improve the service more. We were not offer after diner drinks or dessert. Which in reality is good for the service. But definitely recommend this restaurant.

While the food was good the service was NOT, they even put a ‘automatic’ 20% on my bill when my party was only 4 people🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️, the lava cake was also COLD. Such a disappointment completely to their other location in Forest Hills!
