Nestled into a cobblestone square just off Austin Street, Jade Eatery & Lounges’ address hints at why Jade is said to be “Forest Hills hidden gem”. The space integrates a zen-like atmosphere with inspirational quotes that adorn the walls and a serene koi pond presenting a large Buddha statue smiling benevolently on guests guiding them to a choice entree.

Our philosophy was to combine music, aroma and aesthetics to capture a unique gastronomic experience hence our motto “Indulge Your Senses”.
As a neighborhood Asian restaurant catering to local and visiting patrons we strive to maintain quality and consistency. Our concept provides favorite Pan-Asian and southeast Asian dishes as well as creative culinary innovations that have become neighborhood favorites. With signature dishes like Sushi Pizza and Calcutta Chicken, our group focuses on optimizing select ingredients and transforms them into exotic flavor profiles. They were on point with everything I would recommend coming with a smaller group cause 9people can be loud and it doesn’t match their energy it’s more a family oriented place

Food was good. Service was lousy. (Our server forgot our second round of drinks. She seemed spaced out when taking orders for 6 people and was confused about appetizers and entrees. Also, never checked on us for the duration of the meal).

The food portion got smaller which is disappointing and on top of that, the drinks which I always ordered in the past were strong, now it’s weak. It would be the last time I would go sadly.

The food was amazing but the front desk staff were so rude I would never come back here. Paying customers should not be treated like that. We were running 10 mins late because its a tough spot to find parking and when I called to tell them we were 1 block away looking for parking they told me we had a 15 min grace period so I said I would come in to hold the table while my friend looked for parking they said no everyone needed to be present to be seated. We walked in at 8:19pm and they were so rude told us to wait 10-15 mins for the next table. When I asked them how much longer at 8:45pm they were extremely rude and had an attitude then told me they could give us a high top which I agreed. High top was dirty not even cleaned yet in the hallway outside the bathroom. They need better front desk staff the two girls working are way too rude and unprofessional.
