Nestled in bouldery mountains along historic Old Highway 80, in a magical high desert community lies the Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel. The hotel has been designed with a sense of place, with natural materials, textures, & objects from ancient & primitive cultures from around the world. Our restaurant offers indoor dining under vintage ceramic lights and desert landscapes or our large outdoor shaded patios under a canopy of old-world lanterns and pine trees with a live music stage.

Our menu features an International High Desert menu that showcases the farms and ranches of Imperial Valley, the fresh seafood of Baja, and specialty regional purveyors. Make sure to save time to enjoy high desert elixirs, herbal tinctures, cold-pressed juices, tonics, and cocktails, handcrafted in our exotic desert hideaway bar.

Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel a gem! We stayed overnight to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the entire experience was fabulous. The food is excellent, the staff is next level accommodating, and the hotel and grounds make you feel as if you've been transported to a Moroccan oasis.

This was my second time at the hot springs! We didn't stay the night just came for the day. Wow such a wonderful time, people are so lovely and attentive. Food & drink were delicious. The pool was magical as always. I recommend it to all my friends. just go for the day even. Cool thrift store in town but you dont need to leave the hotel its got everything. The bar is sexy for a great date night too.

Love the vibe. Food was delicious. Everything we had was great and we did appetizers, main courses and dessert. Service was outstanding. We will be back.

It was a gorgeous night in the desert 🌵, a mysterious, romantic breeze whispering a timeless “welcome.” The food is consistently delicious 😋 - fresh, tasty 😋 and just the right amount to feel satisfied. The service is very personal and all of this adds up to a wonderful experience.

To be fair, it was a Sat night and we were a party of 7. The service was rather slow and 2 of the 4 fish dishes were under cooked. One of the fish entrees was not delivered with the other 6 meals. Then when it was delivered it was undercooked. It took a really long time for the waitress to return with the side of fish that was properly cooked. By then I wasn’t hungry any more. The salad was enough. My friend who had the fish entree chose to go without and not order something else. Later we ordered 3 tres leches for dessert. The cake was dry with little taste. It was a big disappointment. This was the third visit for 2 of us. We had a better experience on those occasions. The ice tea, cappuccino and guacamole and chips were great! We loved the cabana and the soak in the mineral pool. The locker room is too small, only one shower and there is no privacy when someone opens the door and walks in! There should be a curtain at least! One shower is not adequate. There are lots of day guests who need shower access.

This a great place in an area that doesn't have many options. They even have vegan options, which is very rare in this area.

Stayed here 2x now, both times fantastic. this is an oasis getaway not to be missed . highly recommended side note, hiked out to Goat Canyon via corrizo gorge while we were there , absolutely stunning hike
