We were a party of six -- sat outside - 5 of the meals were terrific but the pizza was overcooked. A new pizza was prepared - perfect! Lori, our waitress, was wonderul!

The special eggplant dish was cold and not well seasoned. The pork chops were excellent. The price is a bit high for the quality and setting. We will not be returning.

First time to Jacksons and was pleasantly surprised how good all the food was. Service was also good. Cosmo Martini was so so. Our daughter who has eaten at alot of great steak houses rated the filet in the top 5 she has ever eaten (really enjoyed the red wine and garlic butter topping). Overall - would definitely recommend !

Mother's Day brunch was lacking and I'm sorry I spent the money for it. Well overpriced for what was offered. Although the food taste was decent. Our server was barely present and not very service oriented or at all friendly. Although the others seemed to be fine, to be fair. Hardly any bussing of the table took place, which isn't ideal for buffet style eating and plates building up. There was some general sense of disorganization. The omelet line was ridiculously long (30 plus minutes). The omelet chefs were very nice tho. The 11am opening for seating started 10 minutes late. Near the end I was thinking about speaking to a manager, but they all stayed huddled up on other side of the room and never came around. All in all, disappointed and wouldn't return.

I ordered the filet and my filet came with creamy crab sauce which I didn’t order. The waitress to my filet back and the chef wiped the sauce off. I was still unable to eat the dinner since I was still able to taste the sauce. We were very disappointed, we are new parents and this was our first date out in over a year. We used to dine in a few times a year but very hesitant now.

Never disappoints. Wait staff is always a “10”! Food is consistent and very good. Just a very nice place to have a relaxing evening while enjoying great food with extra nice service.
