Le Jacksons Restaurant + Bar est un établissement à la fois chic et décontracté. Fondé en 2001, il a su resister à l'épreuve du temps. Excellent as always. Had the Brussels sprouts appetizer and ny strip. My girlfriend had the filet which was undercooked to her liking and had to be sent back to cook a little longer. Overall though great would definitely be back.

Because the weather was incredible, our party of 8 opted outdoor seating. What a fantastic choice. We were able to enjoy drinks at a leisurely pace and then enjoy dinner. Our waitress was attentive, but not hovering.

70th bday dinner outing. Had 7p reservation. Was told we could sit outside or wait 30min to sit inside when we arrived at 7:05p. We sit outside. Not even water let alone someone taking food/drink orders after 15min. Go back in and ask to sit inside. Get seated. Hostess rather than a waitress took our food and drink orders because kids were starving. Had to ask for table bread as no wait staff came to interact with us. Received someone else’s fried sprout appetizer (which we had also ordered). Hanger steak was poorly prepared and the portion size was smaller than our daughter’s steak-bites kids plate. Had to ask a passing by waitress for our check and boxes as again, even after eating, no wait staff interacted with us. This is a very expensive restaurant, the food was subpar and we practically had to beg for service across the entire visit. Will absolutely never be going back here again while also telling as many people as we can the above story.

Restaurant was not very busy for a Friday night except for the people on the outside patio watching the live band. There was only 1 menu available for our table of 6 and hostess had to scrounge around from other tables to find more for our party to look at. Waitresses were sorely understaffed and our main meal took about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to come out. The save for our dining experience was that the appetizers were delicious (especially roasted brussel sprouts) and the pork chops moist and the filet mignons and salmon dishes very good. All the staff were very pleasant, but the speed of our service needs to improve.

Obviously, the management were eager to please ... and they did. Each course was exemplary and the wine pairings were perfect. All four of us had a wonderful time and we'll be back next month for the encore!

We were a party of six -- sat outside - 5 of the meals were terrific but the pizza was overcooked. A new pizza was prepared - perfect! Lori, our waitress, was wonderul!

The special eggplant dish was cold and not well seasoned. The pork chops were excellent. The price is a bit high for the quality and setting. We will not be returning.

First time to Jacksons and was pleasantly surprised how good all the food was. Service was also good. Cosmo Martini was so so. Our daughter who has eaten at alot of great steak houses rated the filet in the top 5 she has ever eaten (really enjoyed the red wine and garlic butter topping). Overall - would definitely recommend !
