Hot mess. Party of ten on a Tuesday night. Work function. 10 minutes for waters to arrive after being sat and 30 minutes for a round of green tea shots. Another 30 minutes for our first round of drinks. A few apologies from our server but no comps, no manager table touch, no clue. Food was super average. Wanted to buy table next to ours dinner (add to tab) and asked to have it added to our bill and three different people came over to confirm this and no one relayed the message to go along with the surprise. Upon leaving after paying the bill we ask to ensure auto grat we put on the bill and it took 10 minutes for someone to confirm. Other servers couldn’t figure it out. Manager was useless. Communication is so bad there. Some restaurants earn their rating. This is one of them. We’ll take our $1,200 somewhere else next year.

Food was good. Definitely getting a bit too pricey, though, especially for a sushi roll appetizer, a beer, and a salad for two people- over $80 with tip. Service was just ok.

Attentive service, great recommendations and our server, Isabell, was outstanding!! Delicious calamari, and the sushi was fresh and plentiful. Great birthday celebration for our 18 year old!!

The grouper is delicious. The restaurant is situated on the river and has lovely views. Service is good with very friendly servers. We come here a couple times a year driving over from Pinellas

Zach was an excellent server—very pleasant and attentive. The food was good—caution on the maple bacon cinnamon rolls—dry, burnt and not impressive. Jackson’s handled our feedback well and made all things right.

Jackson's have very nice ambiance, and friendly service staff. I enjoyed my time and was happy they were able to accommodate me when arriving 20 minutes early for my reservation. The food was good for the price. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars overall is because we were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary as noted on the reservation and it just didn't feel acknowledged during our dining experience.

I was seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The dynamite roll was fantastic. The filet was alright. Not the flavor I was hoping for.

The food was really good. My wife and I had a sushi roll as an appetizer, the blackened grouper and salads. We sat outside by the water and watched the boats go by. We would definitely come back.

This restaurant was worth the trip. A great menu selection, reasonable prices what you got, and great service. I will definitely go back to this restaurant when I am in Tampa.

Anniversary Celebration Dinner. We love the harbor area but find food prices there very expensive. Food was pretty good in terms of quality but certainly not quantity. The Grouper sandwich served my son looked good but the grouper plate which cost me $10.00 more had no more meat on it than the sandwich. We ate inside due to the outside temperature, but the noise inside was really bad for conversation and the service was slow at best.

The Grouper Entree should have had 2oz of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, which drives that price up by comparison to the sandwich. The block cut on the entree is also the best part of the filet for an entree.
