Zach was an excellent server—very pleasant and attentive. The food was good—caution on the maple bacon cinnamon rolls—dry, burnt and not impressive. Jackson’s handled our feedback well and made all things right.

Jackson's have very nice ambiance, and friendly service staff. I enjoyed my time and was happy they were able to accommodate me when arriving 20 minutes early for my reservation. The food was good for the price. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars overall is because we were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary as noted on the reservation and it just didn't feel acknowledged during our dining experience.

I was seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The dynamite roll was fantastic. The filet was alright. Not the flavor I was hoping for.

The food was really good. My wife and I had a sushi roll as an appetizer, the blackened grouper and salads. We sat outside by the water and watched the boats go by. We would definitely come back.

This restaurant was worth the trip. A great menu selection, reasonable prices what you got, and great service. I will definitely go back to this restaurant when I am in Tampa.

Anniversary Celebration Dinner. We love the harbor area but find food prices there very expensive. Food was pretty good in terms of quality but certainly not quantity. The Grouper sandwich served my son looked good but the grouper plate which cost me $10.00 more had no more meat on it than the sandwich. We ate inside due to the outside temperature, but the noise inside was really bad for conversation and the service was slow at best.

The Grouper Entree should have had 2oz of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, which drives that price up by comparison to the sandwich. The block cut on the entree is also the best part of the filet for an entree. They got rid of the peppercorn sauce, which made their steaks go from average to great. Everything was ok, but nothing stood out. Probably wont go back.

Thank you, Ryan, for your review allowing us to respond. Unfortunately, the Peppercorn Sauce did not sell at a volume that warranted remaining on the menu. We have made Braveheart our provider for steaks who also served in accounts across Tampa, most notably Bern's. When done correctly, should be phenomenal.

Was a great time , spent our anniversary there outside seating by the water at night was great! Noise was coming from yachts parked outside partying on a Friday night. Can’t be that mad!

Had a nice lunch for 2 at Jackson's during the work week and was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend the grouper bites and the poke bowl. Both dishes were not only beautiful in presentation, but absolutely delicious! All of the staff was friendly, and our waiter was courteous and provided 1st class service.
