Jacksons is a great place.... good food, great service, and it is right on the water so a perfect place to catch a sunset or just relax with friends!!!! I am a little bummed they do not have a Happy Hour....

The food was very good. Our table of 4 ordered drinks first, and they never came until after the food was delivered. Bar was busy, we were told. We felt rushed by the waiter, even though he was nice. Seemed like they were trying to turn tables over quickly for Gasparilla Friday. Will give it another try in the future.

Wow, the food that we ordered was excellent. We had hope that you still had a brunch buffet.

Thank you for the 5 Stars! We moved away from the buffet almost two years ago. Pricing would have been drastically changed along with selections, and people have moved from wanting buffets. We are so glad you enjoyed the new brunch menu.

We had dinner before a Lightning game and sat outside on the patio. It was a little loud, but the view of the harbor can’t be beat. Our server was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. The menu had changed since our last visit, and my favorite dish was no longer available. I consoled myself with a blackened grouper sandwich which was as good as any I’ve had.

Server and drinks were great. The food left something to be desired. The shrimp still had shell attached which made for an unpleasant crunch within the pasta and sushi. Cocktails were fabulous.

However, we're sorry to hear that our food didn't meet your expectations. We always strive to deliver the best quality to our guests, and your feedback regarding the shrimp pasta and sushi is very important to us. Shells definitely shouldn't be on the shrimp, especially when they come in shelled and deveined. I will get with our supplier as well as checking this closer.
