Food was ok, the bar side of the restaurant was a bit louder than had expected, played only 90s music. The server was not great. The atmosphere was the best part of the evening.

Always a great time at Jackson Hall. Food and service is always wonderful. One of my favorite restaurants.

We had an excellent meal during restaurant week. We had their famous Lobster Rolls and they were definitely one of the best we’ve ever had. The portions were hearty, they did not skimp even for restaurant week. Our favorite was the doggie menu, I’ve haven’t seen that anywhere else! We sat outside with our dog, he had his own meal, water and even made friends with another pooch between course’s. We definitely will be back!

We had a fantastic experience at Jackson Hall! It’s rare that a medium rare burger actually comes out as ordered, but they nailed it here—next time, I’ll remember they know how to get it right! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The entire staff was attentive, from the bussers, who quickly cleared plates, to the waitress, who was always nearby, and even the manager and chef, who made rounds to check on tables. I really appreciated this level of attention. I ordered a cheeseburger with fried onions and bacon, and it was perfect. My boyfriend had the lobster roll with crabmeat and lobster, which was outstanding (I can’t recall the exact name, but it’s a must-try). His parents ordered the chicken sandwich and the sole, and they both loved their meals. We started with the chicken wonton appetizer, which was excellent as well. We also tried the cocktails— I had the Apple Crisp Moscow Mule, and he had the original Moscow Mule. Both were seriously great! Sometimes Moscow Mules lack that perfect balance of bubbles and flavor, but these had it all. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great food and service . We dined inside but there is outside dining as well with games for all to play before or after dinner or just having cocktails. Could become my weekly restaurant.

Celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary. Greeted by receptionist with well wishes. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer, my husband had French onion soup. Both were delicious! Main entree we had the lobster bomb (OMG) and chicken Caesar salad. Excellent. Our server Brooke was right on with everything we needed and gave us dessert and coffee on the house for the occasion. I cannot wait to go back!
