Another good experience at Jackson Hall. Switched it up this time and got the seafood paella. I could not believe the amount of seafood in the bowl. Lobster out of the shell, shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams along with chorizo. Lots of places load the bowl with rice, not here. The others in my group had the lobster roll and seafood fra diavolo. All very satisfying. We started with burnt ends and ahi tuna tacos. A very good meal. I actually took home leftovers from my paella. I’ve only taken food home about 2 or 3 times in my life. I normally finish my plate. If you haven’t gone yet, definitely go to Jackson Hall.

The need too hire more bartenders. We love going there but we always wait 45min or better after they take our drink order for our drink to arrive. Forget getting a drink at the bar it’s almost impossible.

I ordered the Linguini Fra Diavolo, which came out piping hot and was very flavorful. My wife ordered the prosciutto chicken and, unfortunately, she did not have the same experience I did. The chicken was terribly dry and very hard. She was unable to eat it so she asked the waiter to take it away. The manager came out and offered his apologies. He asked if she wanted something else, but she didn’t. My wife has eaten here before, but this was her first negative experience.

The food and service are always top notch! The entire staff, from the owners, managers and staff are friendly and personable. It’s one of our top places to dine. Looking forward to going back soon.

We were very excited to spend our first anniversary here. I am a huge lobster fan and I saw a local TikTok video made here so we made reservations. The waitress was great, she was attentive and sweet. We ordered the lobster bisque and the spinach/artichoke dip. As soon as the apps were brought to the table, our dinner was brought out 2 minutes later. I was concerned that they would return it to the kitchen for it to sit on the table until we were finished but I was told they would make it fresh. I thought the lobster bisque was great but the dip was extremely bland and had no flavor. My wife had the Mac n Cheese and after the first bite, she said it tasted like Stouffers. I went with the surf n turf pasta and again there was no flavor at all and it was brought out luke warm and not like it was fresh out off of the stove. We we extremely disappointed in the food. We left 3/4 of it uneaten and asked for the check. Maybe they are known for their lobster rolls?

Heard about this place & we decided to give it a try, good choice. Got there ahead of our reservation time in order to take advantage of happy hour drinks at the bar. Excellent margaritas at a very good price. Bartender ( Allie) super friendly. Dinner was excellent as menu choices were good, service attentive & ambiance (sat inside) was nice. Food prices are okay, dishes were plentiful & extremely good. One of us has paella that had a good amount of lobster & shrimp. It was overall as good as any Spanish restaurant. Dish served in a crockpot & was so big had to take half home. Our other dish of lobster served in a bread bowl was equally as good & plentiful. Will surely return.
