An American Contemporary Menu with a Little Southern Influence!

Offering two distinct dining experiences, Jack’s on Pearl gives you options for your fine dining experience. Our main floor is set with white tablecloth dining featuring prime steaks, pecan shrimp, lemongrass scallops and an on-site oyster bar. Our second floor features a more casual setting and large outdoor patio.
Both floors feature 12 local draft beers on tap, creative cocktails, and a robust wine list.

The dinner was excellent. The service was outstanding. I found the noise level too high with both music and customers speaking loudly. Even in the booth we had to scream to each other. the risotto mushroom sauce was a little rich and a little too much.

Food was fantastic. Service was great. We were disappointed there were no oysters on the half shell available but we got over it quickly when the other delicious food arrived. We will try to go back for oysters another time.

Tanner at bar was fantastic. Excellent food. Hostess at front a bit confused about reservations.

The only issue we had was that the lights were flashing on and off at the bar. Otherwise the food and beverages were delicious!

We went multiple times when we lived in the neighborhood and they first opened. We have not been in about 18 months and WOW! Service was always excellent and the food now matches that experience. They also have a great cocktail and wine program. Staff worked with us to make our daughter’s engagement celebration extra special as well.

Jack's has become our favorite restaurant in the Denver-metro area. It all starts at the door where we are always greeted graciously and made to feel welcome and valued. We have been to Jack's several times and have always had great service. We always have a great primary server but at this restaurant, everyone gets into the act. Never are there finished plates left on the table. Water glasses are always full. Cocktails and wine are replenished quickly. Then there is the food! My wife loves their scallops with Forbidden Rice and as always the dish was delicious. For the first time I chose to try the dry aged tuna. Having never tried dry aged fish before (Jack's is the only restaurant I have ever been to that serves it) I was a little apprehensive but after all this is "Jack's" so I assumed it would be good. It wasn't just good it was like no fish I have ever tasted before. I told the waiter it was like "Tuna Foie Gras." It truly melted like butter in my mouth and the flavor was amazing. Cudos to our server, Paul. He was a big part of a wonderful evening at Jack's.

We had a ok time. When we arrived they assigned us to very bad table even I made a reservation about one week ahead and I mentioned it is our anniversary. Then we had to wait for another table and again the sat us in the traffic area ever thought the next two table to us was open. So I say management and the hostess were not experienced. Food and service was good, but the selection of wine for seafood was very poor. I don't think we will go there again.

Great spot for fine dining. We didn’t get to sit on the patio, but the rooftop patio looked like the spot to be.
