A group of 4 of us went for their seafood buffet for our friends anniversary. I'm allergic to seafood but was going to order a steak. When we checked in, they had a sign out front stating that they were only offering the seafood buffet and no menu items. Nowhere on their website did it say that you could not order menu items. We even pulled their website up to show them. We asked if I could get food from another one of the casinos restaurants and bring it in so I could eat with our friends. They said ok so that was good. Nobody explained how the buffet worked (you could get most items at the buffet table, but they bring the crab legs to your table) Someone brought 1 plate of crab legs to our table. We were told they could get as many as they want, when ever they want. Finally a waitress came over to take our drink order. My husband had not arrived back from getting my food from the other restaurant yet, so our friends did not start eating yet. A waiter brought another plate of crab legs. When my husband arrived, they all started eating. Meanwhile, my friend did not get her soda. We had to ask 4 times before she finally got it. Finally my husband got his plate of crab legs. When they asked for more, it took 15 minutes to get them. When they needed more, our waitress was nowhere to be found. Finally, the other waiter got them for our table. When we needed another round of drinks, again our waitress was nowhere to be found. My friend went to the bar and got them. We were surprised when we got our check that the tip was added in! For a party of 3?? I could see if there were 6 of us. By the way, when we were there, it was not busy at all, so for our waitress, Yelitza, to provide such slow or non existent service was inexcusable. The funny thing is that I normally tip 25 to 30% cash. I'm guessing Yelitza knew how poorly she performed and though she might not get tipped so she added it on. By the way, we tipped the waiter since he helped more than our waitress.

My and friends and I went to the Seafood All-You-Can-Eat buffet, and it was great! The Casino is gorgeous, and the food was fantastic! We had a great time!

We went in for the buffet and was told the server would take our drink orders. had to hunt down the Manager to get a server.

The service was excellent. We were there a little before our reservation & they seated us earlier. Food was great. Ambience fantastic. You could be seated inside or on the deck overlooking the water. Not overcrowded.

Many of the food items tasted great and the buffet area was presented nicely. I enjoyed the chicken tenders and hot dogs and each station had ample serving silverware. The baked beans, potato salad, macaroni tuna salad were delicious. I was not a fan of Jack's macncheese nor cheeseburgers. Over all it is good value for the money spent and all the servers were gracious although I dined solely.

Love the server! She was wonderful. Went there for the all. You can eat barbecue on the patio was seated in the restaurant but didn't mind that because the air was on and it was 97° outside. The restaurant is a little dark. All wood paneling needs to be a little brighter. Food was good, especially the barbecue beef ribs. The brisket was good when we got some from the middle, but the end part the second time was a little rubbery. The corn was good. Some of it was a little extra charred the coleslaw. I would not recommend there was no seasoning in it cornbread was outstanding. All in all I gave it an 8 out of 10. Definitely will recommend eating there

The food at jacks from the menu is excellent however the Open Table was not so good too much of the same seasoning on all the meats and was heavy on the salt

We went for the Prime Rib special and was extremely disappointed! They first said they were sold out and after we complained they “found” w slices! They looked and tasted like shoe leather! I choked on the very first piece and was happy to walk out alive!!! I have eaten there many times and always enjoyed it, but this time was awful. I would never recommend the Prime Rib Special to anyone!!
