We enjoyed our time at Jackie Reyes. However, we found that the atmosphere was very noisy for us. Because it was Valentines day, the options were limited on the menu. Because my fiancé is vegetarian, there was one option available for him. We also did not like that there was lack of parking as it made us almost miss our reservation.

We found a grasshopper in our salad. And they still charged us for the salad. The menu was very limited and didn’t really have anything I liked. We asked for their regular menu what we had seen online.

We checked the menu before booking and chose the restaurant in big part because there were vegetarian entree options. However, when we arrived, they weren't serving off their regular menu and only had a "Valentine's Menu" that had virtually no vegetarian options other than a small, boring salad. We asked the server if they could make anything else without meat and the answer was no. The vegetarian in our party is very sweet and didn't make a fuss, but I thought it was rude to not provide options for vegetarians.

Appetizers were terrific, and our Server treated us very well. We will go back while in Kona!

Wonderful as always! We both had the cheese ravioli with lobster tail shrimp cocktail clam chowder rosemary bread dessert and wine.. Brad our server was exceptional! Very kind and attentive! And two servers who remembered us from before said hello.. very nice evening

This was our first time dining here and will be the last. The restaurant seemed chaotic, everyone was running around. It took awhile to get served. The quality of the food did not mesh withe high prices. Once we ordered, the entrees came out quickly and were luke warm at best, and had little taste. This was the worst restaurant we ate at on Hawaii. A very disappointing night with a very high prices. Two glasses of wine, one glass of beer, and two scallop entrees cost about $170. If you don’t mind outrageous cost for poor quality food, then try eating here.

Delicious food. Full of flavor. Beautifully presented. Ask for a table in the larger room with the open windows.
