Beautiful location! Everything was good, our server was knowledgeable and friendly. I don't have anything bad to say about the environment, food, drinks or service. The prices don't seem to match the quality being served. We paid for restaurant week, and I'm so glad because I would not have been as satisfied with my visit if we were paying full price.

Great meetup place ahead of Nats game and to celebrate a birthday. Good drink and menu options. All in our party enjoyed their food including short rigatoni, steak Frits, and Caesar salad. Decor is whimsically and iconically Jackie. Our server Miguel was charming and just the right kind of attentive.

This was my first time trying Jackie's and it did not disappoint! A group of us went for brunch and were served by Courtney, an impeccable server and host. We ordered the tuna appetizer, steak and eggs, and chicken and waffles. Everyone enjoyed their food! We also took part in the bubbles on bubbles champagne bottle which was delightful. I will absolutely be coming back to check out the dinner menu. Thank you Courtney for taking care of us!

Service was excellent however I did request a cake for my wife through open table and I think it got lost in communication because it was her birthday. I would have paid even if it was a dessert but didn’t happen. Food- was great but overpriced for what you got. My eggs Benedict didn’t come with any sides just give me a few potatoes or a side salad and it would be complete. My wife’s all American left much on the plate to be desired not enough food on there for the price. perfect ambience your right next to the water and nats stadium so your prices do make some sense it’s just more food on the plate would be better.

Decent establishment. It took quite a while to get a waiter to the table. Courtney was good, a bit robotic but he answered any questions. I give him/her credit because I don't think it was his table. Miguel was assigned to the table but never came. Courtney was doing the restaurant a favor by jumping in and finally asking us if we needed anything. We order and the food came out. The table beside us had empty plates that needed to be picked up but for some reason, the food runners put, what looked like, our food on their table. The patrons at that table looked as if wtf... we didn't order MORE food. So they picked the plates up from their table and brought it to our table. What are you thinking right now? Accept the mistake and take the food that they put on another table? Not me. I respectfully let them know that the food was on their table and I'm not taking THAT food. The manager, who was very nice, explained that it would be another short wait to remake the food. I was cool with waiting. Just like restaurants have certain hygiene and dining policies when making food. I can't accept food that was put in front of 4 other people and their germs. Sorry.

It was a great start to our Saturday! Great food, I loved my chicken and waffles and will be back for their steak and eggs cause it looked delicious! And our server named Young was the best! I had family in town and Young was really great and made the experience even better! The manager was also very welcoming and came to talk to our table, my apologies for not getting his name but we learned he's from Honduras! Great team, location, atmosphere and food!
