Beautiful atmosphere. A family place for sure. Not a date night. Our waiter was great at the beginning but then got too busy. Not attentive.

Made a reservation at 2:45 for 7 people to find out the kitchen closes at 3pm. We left. The server was very apologetic.

I was a wonderful time and everyone enjoyed there food and desert! The service was exceptional and they catered to everyone's needs... Party of 6 and we loved this experience!

The food was very good, although surprisingly, they had run out of the full rack of baby back ribs at 5:30. The service was friendly and attentive. They brought a bowl of water for our dog and arranged for a plain hamburg patty for her dinner. I thought the 22% added gratuity, plus the option to increase it, was a little much, even for Valentine's Day. Overall a very good experience.

2 of our 3 orders were wrong. The server never asked if we wanted more drinks. They weren’t busy so expected more.

We had an early dinner at Jackslope Ranch. The food and service were both excellent. Draft Modello beer was cold and frosty. Nice! The waiter let us leisurely visit and enjoy the brew. No rushing us to order. The food was delicious. One person had a rack of baby back ribs. The meal was s huge serving with delicious ranch beans, coleslaw, and more delicious juicy ribs than he could eat. Another had ribs and brisket. Both juicy and delicious. Other BBQ places serve ribs that are dried out and tough. Not these! Both were tender, juicy and with just the right amount of BBQ sauce. I had the Rodeo Burger. Huge! Couldn’t begin to eat it all. Served topped with bacon, Ortega chili, and crispy fried mini onion rings. Along with sweet potato fries. All the food was delicious! We had a leisurely two hour plus dinner and a lovely evening visiting with friends. The noise level was very low which I particularly enjoyed! Jackalope Ranch is back with all the good things the previous owners had plus new additions. It was too cold to sit outside but I know what gorgeous grounds they have and can hardly wait to have dinner in their huge backyard when it warms up a little. It is the ranch/western Gem of Coachella Valley. You must try it!

We had a great experience! Fabulous service, prompt, seating, great bottle of wine, delicious food. Cannot complain about anything. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The property is beautiful! The food was very mediocre for the price. We had a lobster roll and the lobster was horrible. Obviously from frozen, almost inedible, very small and dry. We told this to the server who looked bewildered, said they would tell the chef, then did nothing and still charged us for it. Disappointing.
