This experience was better than previous visits. Service was much better and the food was delicious. The biggest issue is the hostess desk. None of them (four!) communicate with the clientele. Took half an hour to get seated with reservations! Everyone waiting in the lobby was frustrated with the lack of communication from the staff. Is it a five minute wait or 25 minutes? Can I go to the bar or should i wait here? The staff just says “We’re behind “ They need some instruction and supervision.

We love the environment at Jackalope! For our meat eating friends the food was terrific. Sadly, they had removed the vegi Pattie option from the menu and my wife could only eat a salad. It was great but no Protein. The GM assured me it was coming back but double check before you go if that’s important to you. Saturday night had a live band and while they were great, it was a bit too loud for conversation and our server almost got our drink order wrong as he couldn’t hear us either!! On a warmer night opt for the patio which is lovely!! We are so happy this fun spot is again.

I was expecting something else when I booked the Jackalope resturant for my husband and I , a dear friend and my sister-in-law. We were seated right across from the band and had we known there ws live music when they seated us we would have asked to be moved as there were two persons who are hard of hearing in my group and we were expecting to visit during dinner. And I was disappointed in the menu, expected more choices. Brandon was a very good server and he took care of us. I think we just picked the wrong kind of resturant for the experience we were expecting. I was disappointed we did not get to try what looked like an excellent dessert selection, but it was just too noisy for us.

We were all happy with our food and drink. Service was excellent. Sat on the patio with plenty of heaters. Could hear the music from the performing group in the back ground. Sounded good. We will return!

The two turkey meals where delivered to table cold. Took over 45 min to get appitizers and dinner did not come out for two hours. Server was nice but after he brought dinner he never came back so we could tell him the two dinners were cold. Way to long between appitizers and dinner. I took my dinner home as i didnt feel like eatingvtwo hours later. Our first experience was great. This not so much

It's nice, beautifully decorated, and has a very nice staff—professional and fast!! The first walk-up hostess did not greet me or say happy New Year; she just looked at me kind of weirdly. I would come again !!

Service was horrible and they forced a 22% tip. I have no problem paying a tip, but the service should be on point. Had to ask for water refill. Food was cold and limited menu. Even with a limited menu you would expect everything to come out hot.

New Year’s Eve so very loud but hostess very accommodating everyone very nice. Food tasted good and came out quickly.
