As the festivities unfold, enjoy a decadent three-course prix-fixe lunch. The celebration wouldn't be complete without the spirit of Mardi Gras filling the air – expect appearances by Mardi Gras Indians, vibrant second lines, and music that will keep the energy high and the good times rolling. Let’s toast to the weekend ahead and revel in the magic of Carnival at Jack Rose! Final price determined by prix-fixe menu plus beverages, tax & gratuity. Note: There is a $25 per person cancellation fee if booking is not canceled within 48 hours prior to the reservation.

Incredible! Julia (server) made some recommendations and she was spot on! Duck Gumbo .. amazing! Catfish incredible! The Old Fashioned .. yum!

The food, service and atmosphere hit all of my expectations! It was a perfectly good evening out with my husband and our friends. The scallops were delicious and the chocolate dessert was too! My husband said the filet was delicious. Great service!

We had a very large party for a surprise birthday dinner. Everyone at the restaurant was so kind and on top of EVERYTHING. I've been getting texts all morning saying how much fun everyone had! This is the perfect place for a celebration or "treat yourself" dinner. The food was delicious. Service AMAZING! Ambience is so fun! I cannot recommend Jack Rose enough. 10/10!

The stars aligned for us as our reservation coincided with the season’s first slice of Mardi Gras pie. Layers of homemade ube (purple), mango (gold), and pistachio ( green) ice cream topped with a peak of marshmallow meringue over nutty coconut with chocolate sauce drizzle. Five days in the preparation culminating in a mud pie ala NOLA. Think gourmet ice cream makes a baby with pie on the bottom of a float in a Fat Tuesday parade!

The service and food were all 10/10. Justin was great, so was supporting staff and nothing we ate (and we ordered A LOT! The charcuterie board, gumbo, pork cheeks, arancini, crab omelette, shrimp and grits, cocktails like the Left Shark, Pear drink, you NAME IT) wasn’t DELICIOUS. This was for brunch so definitely coming back for dinner and just making this a frequent spot. Loved it!

We had excellent food, delicious cocktails, good wine and tremendous service in a friendly atmosphere. Slightly noisy but nothing more than it was expected. Would definitely recommend.

We had dined at Jack Rose on another trip prior to this one. At the time of reservations, we didn’t realize there was a Galentine’s event, which was fine either way. It wasn’t until 3 days prior to my reservation we learned there was a $75 prefix menu. I assumed there would be a variety of choices on the menu, so I didn’t give it much thought. Upon entering the restaurant we were met with hospitality and bubbles. I was heavily upset to see the menu, requiring all attendees to pay $75, not including the drinks, and it only offered fish/shellfish. Two members of our party cannot have fish or shellfish. I asked about accommodations, and they said the chef would fix something else. Our waitress offered mushroom ragu, a vegan option. To require patrons to pay that amount of money for the selections, which were subpar, was heavily disappointing. We all felt “ripped off”. The “event” took away the standard restaurant experience. And because of it, we will not be returning on future trips to Jack Rose.

The only reason I did not give this restaurant five stars is because it is so very, very noisy. We were there on a Thursday. The food is wonderful especially the beef cheeks appetizer. The staff are great, the manager checked in on us at some point. But, the noise got to the point where my partner and I stopped even trying to talk to each other because we didn’t want to have to shout. We will go back but maybe we will try to go on a night with less people.
