I ordered the 7 oz filet and my partner ordered the ribeye. The steaks were tender, I also added truffle butter($6.99) per tablespoon. The spinach salad with white wine vinaigrette was my favorite. They were not real busy so service was good and timely. I enjoyed my visit, but thought the prices were somewhat high given the casual ambiance and noises of the surrounding casino.

First time going to this Jack Binions location. We wanted to go there because we enjoyed the Binions in southern Indiana. Food was just average and not the same franchise that ran the southern Indiana Binions we learned.

The food was outstanding and the service was 5 star. It was really expensive. Recommend buying 1 entree and split it with someone. Same goes for each ala carte item.

We both had steak, it was not good. Not cooked properly, full of gristle and the only seasoning that I could taste was salt. Loaded baked potato was huge, fully cooked and decent, but nothing spectacular. We had shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. I thought $21.99 for four shrimp was excessive, but they were delicious, and I really liked the cocktail sauce. Caesar salad was OK. The dressing was unique to any other I have had, and not bad, but certainly not the best.

Shrimp cocktail was one of the best I have ever eaten - 10 out of 10. Loaded baked potato was also the best I ever had - 10 out of 10. Spinach salad was excellent - 9 out of 10. Dessert we had the Cheesecake and it was also fantastic - 10 out of 10. The Ribeye steak was not very good. The cook was perfect (medium), however it was very chewy and way to much grizzle (almost half was grizzle). But it did have a good flavor. I was disappointed because I have eaten the Ribeye a few times before, and they were very very good to absolutely great, but not this time - unfortunately.

Only based on what we ordered: Pork chop, fries, Wedge salad, calamari and persimmon tiramasu. Pork was cooked perfectly to order, but absolutely nothing special. Easily prepared by any home cook. Fries were limp, soggy and unevenly brown. Very disappointing. Wedge salad was just fine. Hard to mess that up. Calamari was very well prepared and seasoned. Accompanying sauces paired nicely with complimentary flavors toward the calamari. The "special" persimmon tiramasu was a let down. Very little persimmon flavor. Texture was fine. Supposedly had espresso or coffee soaked lady fingers in it. No hint of that flavor at all. Service was acceptable and ambience of dining room was as you'd expect at this type of restaurant. So, what we would order again from the previous items mentioned.... calamari and Wedge salad. We'll probably try a steak next time.
