jack binions at horseshoe las vegas should be shut down!!!! there are old retired waiters serving tables. I asked waiter about my celebration dinner and said yes I could use it .After dinner he said I didnt have it . For a steakhouse it sucked old and dirty floors .Since they changed from Ballys to Horseshoe only the name was changed ,nothing remodeled. sevice sucked food sucked.

Food, drinks and service were excellent. Always request Duff as our server, and he does a great job. Visit every trip to Vegas.

Menu prices on their website are not listed nor on the menu displayed at the restaurant entrance. You do not find out until they hand you the menu at your table. Menu prices are overpriced when compared to other Strip steakhouses when you consider quality of food, selections, service and restaurant ambience. I would suggest finding another steakhouse in Vegas such as Bavette’s or Golden Steer; better value, better food and better service

Dirty dishes were not removed from table. Finally had to request that they be removed. Bloody Mary Wedge Salad was BIG disappointment. Had 2 tiny pieces of cheese. Nothing special. Only good aspect was a very nice waiter. Will not return to this restaurant.
