My wife, son, grandmother, and I had an AMAZING dinner at Jack and Harry's this past Sunday! The ambiance was straight out of the Big Easy's best chophouses and our service was top-notch. I am still raving about the food the day after dinner — the dry-aged Delmonaco steak that our server Thomas recommended was phenomenal and my wife and grandmother thoroughly loved their recommended fish dishes. The Parisian fries were incredible and my wife and grandmother could not stop talking about the freshness of the oysters. The drinks were superb and the vibes in the restaurant were immaculate (though it was a tad loud but I expected as much at such a packed restaurant on a Sunday night!). I also have to give a big thanks to Thomas, as well! He was attentive, informative, and kind throughout our meal, even when juggling a packed house. His knowledge of the menu was encyclopedic and, when the kitchen ran out of items we were ordering (a good problem to have for a restaurant on a Sunday night), Thomas was quick to recommend his favorite items on the menu. I highly recommend anyone in or visiting Dallas give Jack and Harry's a try. You will not be disappointed, and will likely be going back again very soon, like myself. Make sure you ask for Thomas.

Food was extremely underwhelming. Price to food portion was disrespectful. Total disaster for a Sunday dinner

Good food, lovely decor. Very loud. Fun experience, but not a place to go and have a good visit.

We had a 7:09 reservation but we’re not seated until 7:40. When you wait that long for a table, I think you should be offered something… A drink or free appetizer to make things right. Ambience was very nice and the place was hopping. Maybe too much so… Our service was good but our server seemed stretched. My wife had étouffée, which was good, but thought it should have more shrimp. My snapper was very good but the center seems slightly undercooked. We enjoyed the evening enough that we will be back and hope for a better experience.

Love Jack & Harry's atmosphere. Food was excellent and our server, Tiffany was outstanding!
