The waiter was very helpful with the menu and made great suggestions. The food was tasty and yummy as always.

Ambience was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and were looking for a new restaurant after our favorite closed. Jack & Harry's will be our new "go to" for special occassions and outings with friends. 4 of us had steak cooked to perfection with delicious side of creamed spinach, mac&cheese, oh and the appetizers - artichoke and stuffed mushrooms, yum! Topped off with banana foster cheesecake. Great service from Thomas. A delightful dining experience.

We had barbecue shrimp and stuffed mushroom appetizers and the sea bass, red fish and sole. Everything was great as well as the service.

We had the Redfish and the filet topped with sautéed onions and raclette cheese- delicious. Our waiter was excellent and attentive, even though it was very busy. Will be back!

Every food item we had was fantastic, and the great service provided by our server, Thomas, made for an exceptional experience. We will absolutely return and bring friends and family!

Our second time here. Had a good cocktail to start. Ordered calamari, clearly oil wasn’t hot enough as they were oily but at least they weren’t rubbery. Partner ordered the steak frites. The steak itself was medium rare and cold and the peppercorn sauce on the side was cold as well. The frites are so skinny that they can’t hold heat so they were cold on arrival. My chicken francaise was flavorful but lukewarm. I’m not sure what French rice is as the side. It was rice. I did eat almost all of my chicken. The manager we flagged down as our server went awol after the food was put down by another server. The manager kindly removed the steak frites from the bill. Overall disappointing experience. We really want to like this place but will give it some time before returning.

Overall this restaurant is good, however they recently updated their menu and completely changed the red fish dish. As someone who has had every fish item from their menu, this is highly disappointing as the original red fish was the best & very flavorful and moist. We would come to this restaurant just for this dish. Aside from this, the cowgirl steak & French onion filet are good. We additionally love the BBQ shrimp appetizer and the bananas foster dessert. The service is also always good.
