We’ve been going to JMicharls for a few years for a nice quiet romantic dinner. This time it was extremely loud, couldn’t even hear our server, who was very sweet but very slow. She would dispappear for long periods of time. Left us hanging. I ordered wine and didn’t receive it for almost 30 minutes. Just a lot of things were off this time. We will give it another try because they have always been great. Just a bit disappointed this time. I noticed that not only us but The table next to us also waited a long time for their dinner. We were told kitchen was running behind due to a party.

We had not been here for quite awhile and selected J Michael’s for my wife’s birthday. The mussel appetizer was very good and the broth was great with the fresh bread that was included. The menu is very pricey and the quality of the food is good but overpriced. Portions are reasonable but not in line with the prices.

J Michael’s is one of our favorite places to eat; the service is always great and the food is delicious. Kris provided excellent service; she was very warm and personable without being intrusive, and she provided some great suggestions. The complimentary kettle chips and dip were a nice addition, and the fall cocktail menu has some great options. We started with the mamma mia oysters and they were delicious. The bone-in dry aged strip was tasty and cooked perfectly, and the chef’s risotto was a great side. My husband had the bone in pork chop and it was very tender and flavorful. Dessert (crème brulee) was fantastic as always.

Tiffany was an excellent server and host last night. Everyone was very welcoming. Our dinner was delicious and dessert was awesome.

Great food and great service, as always! I also appreciate that the manager always makes a point to come by to introduce him/herself. Also, even though it's a very upscale steakhouse, I love that they are very welcoming to families with small children. We will be back soon!

Always a great experience. Outstanding food. Service was beyond expectations. Really made you feel like you were appreciated for dining there.

Heather was an amazing server and the food was excellent. The service was fast and perfect. Our server Heather was understanding and extremely personable! One of the best steakhouses we have ever been to, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely the best steakhouse in Greater Atlanta Area. Filet, mushrooms are the best I have ever had. Changed it up tonight and had some oysters, they did no disappoint! Great work by the J Michael team.
