We enjoyed the experience and food very much and we will definitely be going back. Selections were great and the food was excellently prepared. All the staff was helpful and engaging. Overall a great evening.

We sat outside as it is quieter. It is a casual place. No need to dress up. Good German food.

The food was great, nice variety on the menu, but we had difficulty with ordering using the Toastab menu app. Fortunately the servers are wonderful and they brought menus and took our orders. The duck was delicious, as was the filet. If you like German and Polish food, this is a great spot in Raleigh!

We decided on dinner at the last minute after a rough week and J Betski's was a delight and the perfect antidote. The service was, as always, friendly, yet low-key and unobtrusive. The food was outstanding, a nice mix of old favorites and something new. There was a quiet but energetic and multigenerational buzz. The grab-and-go is a nice touch to keep the magic going through the week. This remains one of the most genuine restaurants going, well worth a visit.

Small portions, high prices. We were told to order food from online menu. I saw that other diners were given regular menus. We were not given that option. Disappointing as I try to keep everyone off the phones especially in restaurants. Food was OK. the portions were very small. Dessert was streudel with ice cream on top and the streudel was cold. Saurkraut had cinnamon in it. ??? Won't go back.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND/OR HAVE KIDS!!! The portions were very small and we all left hungry. They do not serve soft drinks or sweet teas or any tea's. Alcohol or water were the choices. Most of us do not drink. We felt rushed and the food came out almost fast food speed. We left and went out for another dinner. Most of the food was good but tapa sized. Verify the menu also as what was online was not what the menu was when we got there. The place was not that busy and it was loud in there. One bathroom also. Yes, they do have a kids menu so this is just not an adult place. No gravy for my entree which should have had it. No bread served with the meal nor a side salad. Staff bordered on non accomodating to almost rude. Needless to say, this is a one and done. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We are sorry you had such a negative experience. We do offer many soft drinks such as Sprecher root beer, cream, and orange sodas along with club soda, cola, ginger ale, ginger beer, and tonic water. We don't have them on a soda gun, and they are on a separate beverage menu. We do also have non alcoholic mocktails available for our guests, but you are correct in that we do not currently offer iced tea. Additionally, we do have two restrooms. We are very sorry if anyone was neglectful or misdirected you, and certainly would not tolerate any employee being rude toward our guests. Please e-mail us to further discuss.
