J&C Oyster is a seafood driven concept with a fusion of Asian ingredients and techniques. The visionary team behind the acclaimed Oaxaka, invites guests to indulge in an exciting unique addition to the South Florida dining scene.

Led by Chef Raheem Sealey, renowned for his culinary prowess at KYU, Zuma and Drinking Pig BBQ in Miami, and acclaimed Chef Monika Dominguez, celebrated for her culinary contributions to Zuma, KYU, Chug’s Diner, and Dale Street Food, J&C Oyster promises an unforgettable dining experience.

The 2,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor space is a testament to exquisite design, adorned in a palette of serene blue and crisp white, accented by opulent gold touches. Went for the dine out lauderale menu and everything was amazing!! Especially the cornbread dessert, I would go again and just have that because of how good it was. The service was excellent and you can tell everything was fresh. Highly recommend if you’re in the Hollywood area.

Everything was perfect. Prior to ordering James gave us a wonderful description of the items on the menu. Upon serving he highlighted everything again. Showing us, in person, the different aspects of what served. He made excellent drinks. He does not consider himself a Somalia, however he was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. We will definitely me back! I actually made reservations for my next trip down from Boston!

Even though the name says “Oysters”, there are not many options in the menu. Very noisy place.

Drove over an hour from West Palm Beach to try this new restaurant out it’s been a very long time since I’ve had a collection of dishes that progressively got better and better. The food here is legitimately, outstanding highly rate sharing a bunch of dishes with a couple friends or family. I will definitely drive back again.

Food is creative and delicious. Fried chicken, oxtail and clams and French Fries. All amazing!

Third time here. Consistently stellar food. Tried a new dish, the cucumbers with feta and peanuts - fantastic. Fried chicken is stupendous. Everything is. Service, ambience, music, decor - all wonderful.

The location is difficult as only very limited street parking is available but the restaurant was pleasantly decorated and the bar was enjoyable for a cocktail prior to dining. The food was certainly very good but I thought the prices were expensive, Service was good but it became an expensive dinner when a mandatory 20% service charge is added. Future diners should take advantage of the happy hour menu.

We had the tasting menu which we were able to split between two people which was really great. We loved all of the different foods. Our server was exceptional.
