We were there to celebrate my sister’s & my birthday. We were there with my kids & grandkids. Everyone was kind. Our server Ricky was amazing. The service was great! My sister & I grew up there. We will definitely recommend this restaurant 🤩🤩🤩

Great food and wonderful service. Moderately priced for Lake Tahoe. Nice place for a date or family. We loved the spaghetti and meatballs and chicken piccata. Nice Italian N/a beer and Barbera as well.

Ambience was nice, although tables were pretty close together so it was quite loud. Server was nice and knowledgeable, she provided good recommendations for our food. We started off with their focaccia bread and oil/vinegar, as well as their salads. Cesar salad was tasty. I had their carbonara and it was very very good. Rich but not overwhelmingly so, it was creamy and had nice flavor. Finished with their cheesecake with caramel and strawberries, which was delicious. Same thing it wasn’t too rich, the strawberries made it extra light. Overall I definitely recommend this place for a nice meal or even a date night, it’s a great value too

Food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the linguine al a pesca and I had the chicken piccata as well as we started with the calamari , all of the dishes were supper yummy. Our server was pleasant and professional and very attentive Definitely recommend

Izabella Ristorante is one of the best restaurants in South Lake Tahoe, and no one seems to know this except the locals. It's an extra block away from the multitude of restaurants and shops, and it doesn't seem like most vacationers want to leave their comfort zone. The Caesar salad was excellent with crisp romaine and an excellent dressing. I judge an Italian restaurant by their Veal Parmigiana, and this was excellent. Perhaps the best since I left New York for California 47 years ago! And the portion was huge. My wife judges an Italian restaurant by their pasta with Frutti di mare. Fresh fish was presented in a tomato/white wine sauce. She felt this competed well with the best she's had. I didn't think much of the dessert offerings. I'd been hoping for spumoni, which I believe I had there a year ago. We visit Lake Tahoe every September, and Izabella Ristorante is one of our annual destinations.

Wonderful food great service we had spaghetti the first time we visited and lasagna the second time around. House salad was yummy
