Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £50 or three for £55 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. My dining experience at the ivy restaurant was good but not great the whole meal left me somewhat a little underwhelmed the decor and service was to say the least very good the food on the other hand was like I said a little underwhelming I did expect a little bit better for such an established brand would I return I’d have to say no Not at the moment!

Customer service from all staff was exceptional & food was all gorgeous! Shame they’re was no snowman pudding now available, but so much more to choose from!

Front of house perfect. Our waitress was not the best. I appreciate it was Christmas time but whichever Ivy you go to it's always busy. We shared an appetiser, 30 minutes later our mains had not arrived. At this point the waitress had not been to us once despite serving everyone around us. Finally I asked her twice to chase our meal but, still no food . She did say the manager was looking into it. Unbelievable he didn't come over to us, I asked to speak to him. Apologies all round, he said there was a mix up due to us having an appetiser ! I suggested he give us a drink on the house, which he agreed to. Food arrived, one meal looked as if it had been under the hot lamp for a while but in all the food was ok. It was exactly 1 hour from us sitting at our table to the food being served . Our waitress actually said to me. "I've apologised there is no more I can do' I feel the service from both the waitress and manager was poor

Lovely restaurant not confusing at the start we arrived on time table wasn’t ready taken to bar then couldn’t get a drink as no table for us 🥲

We arrived for our table at 18.45 however the table wasn’t ready so we were not seated till 19.30 which was a bit annoying, food was gorgeous as was service

Food was really good everyone in our party enjoyed what they had chosen. Surroundings are beautiful, have visited the Ivy before in York but the building in Liverpool that used to be a bank is absolutely beautiful.

The experience did not warrant the cost. Expected more quality, especially in the meats, that still had fat in. The dessert was probably the saving grace. The drinks were pricey. Staff were very nice. Proximity to neighbouring diners took away the intimacy of the whole experience. Not sure whether we would venture there again.
