Enjoy two courses for £50 or three for £55 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. I booked a lunch time table for 2, so that we could try the £19:17 menu which I had seen displayed the previous week on the outside of The Ivy in Canterbury. On being seated, on a 2 seater table, literally within elbow distance of 2 couples either side of us, with no privacy for chatting at all, and waiting 10 minutes without being acknowledged by a waiter, even for a drinks order(prosecco at £52 a bottle), we decided to leave. Turns out that the two course £19:17 menu is on hold until after Christmas, and has been festively replaced by a £50 two course menu.

Overall experience was good , waiting staff at tables very attentive , the place has great vibes going on , food was ok maybe I didn’t pick well but would definitely give the benefit of doubt and return again and it was quite busy at 5.30 Sunday evening . After dinner we went to the bar for more drinks and my scotch coffee took about 30 minutes to get to me after being chased up twice 🤨, a girl does not want to be kept waiting ! Bar area is lovely but crazy busy . Overall a pleasant evening .

A beautiful restaurant with lively atmosphere. Service was very slow and we sat for ages with empty glasses. Scallops for starter were gorgeous but the roast beef had lukewarm potatoes and veg, waited ages for the horseradish sauce to appear, for the price point I expected better, particularly from this brand!

Great place to eat, food was fantastic, decor was superb and staff were welcoming and ordering for food and drinks taken quickly without having to wait to be served even for a busy Friday evening.

Great food, great atmosphere & a really lovely place, full of bustle but chilled at the same time. Lunch was lovely. Portions are very generous. The bread is to die for ! If you’re a meat lover the Shepherds Pie is a must. Great service, staff are friendly, polite, professional and really helpful. Definitely going again!

Our table was quite squished up and tried to have a catch up for mums birthday, it was quite loud and the food was great we both had the ivy full breakfast but, it aspects of the food were cold (poached eggs) and the sausages were cooked through but warm. We had a great time never the less as we hadn’t see each other for a while

Ambience and decor not up to Ivy standards, not enough foliage or blinds, all very stark, too many small tables crammed together, music annoying and unnecessary, only base sounds heard. I am a regular Ivy user around the country, Richmond is my local, seems this one is aimed at tourists, with a quick in and quick out regime, not relaxing at all and no character unlike most of the others. Food was generally good as usual, but no 00 drinks available ... needs improvement !!'
