I brought my family here for Father’s Day brunch. The first impression was quite good. The atmosphere and decor are all really cool and we were sat almost immediately because we reserved for right as they opened. However from that point it kind of went downhill. The food was decent enough, but not worth the price point in my opinion. The service and wait time for the food was where it really went off the rails. We ordered appetizers and a couple bread platters for starting, and then each of us got an entree and I got a side item to share. My side and bread plate came out first, and then half the entrees. We had to ask twice for the second bread plate, and several more times for the other half of the entrees. By the time the second half of the entrees came to the table, many of us were finished eating. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I was not impressed, and really frustrated by how terribly the courses were timed. Terrible service, mediocre food, and too expensive for what it is. Do not recommend.

The food was great as always, the service was amazing the staff is very attentive. The ambiance and atmosphere is so great especially for a restaurant in Sterling.

It was our first time visiting the establishment. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and our server made her feel so special. The bartender was attentive to her needs. The food was amazing and the ambience spectacular. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Ivy by the Lake is one of my favorite places to eat at. The food is always amazing but I’ve come a few times where service was not professional. Either forgetful or taking too long to bring each plate separately. Sometimes waitress is no where to be found

I came in May 12th to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. I’ve been in several times before but the best service I’ve had was on Sunday from Nia. She was great. So attentive and fun, she made the experience a memorable one. On the way out my daughter and I tripped and by the time I got to the bathroom Nia was there with an ice pack ready for us. 10/10 service! So thanks again, Nia!

This is our second time dining at this restaurant. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL. The service the very first time we went was great. We booked for a party of 8. The food was great, the drinks were great. Just an all around great time for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We returned again for Mother’s Day and the food was terrible and if I could rate the services zero stars I would. We arrived for our 11:30 reservations and it was 11:50 before any came over to the table to even acknowledge us. We were never offered water. The bar tender came over to the table after about 20 minutes and asked if we were doing bottomless mimosas with brunch and we told him yes for myself and my husband. The bartender proceeded to tell us although my two minor daughters were not having mimosa their brunch meal would be the same price as ours $59.00 ( although there was an option for no mimosa on the menu 39.00). About 5 minutes later the same bar tender went over to the table next to ours and explained the different brunch options and even offered the no mimosa option to them. I would hate to say that we were racially profiled but it feels as though we were. The young lady who took our orders was rude and unapproachable. She made an error on my husbands order and instead of coming over to acknowledge and own up to her mistake she told my husband “yea this is what you ordered” after he refused the appetizer by the server and advised that it wasn’t what he ordered . I doubt we would ever return. We received great service the 1st time because parties with more than 5 are automatically charged a 20 percent gratuity. I guess our party of 4 was not good customer services worthy!

Waited 20 minutes after sitting down to get QR code menus, another 10 minutes to get cups, and an hour and a half to get any food. Tables that sat after us received food before us and received more food with the same orders. Multiple dishes were rushed and undercooked, some were under seasoned. After being there for almost 3 hours and experiencing the worst dining experience possible, nothing was comped or offered to us
