Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Our goal is to build on the foundations of classical Italian cooking to create a dining experience that respects tradition without being overly constrained by it.

This is my second time with this restaurant and each time the food and experience surpassed my expectations! I would highly recommend a visit here! I did the winter taste tasting menu with the wine or drink pairing, and it was excellent

This is one of a few establishments I come back for consistently tasty food and usually great time. This time too, the food was phenomenal. But unfortunately the service wasn’t. They didn’t like my friend took serving silverware before they brought the plate and took them out of her hands. That was kinda funny. They warned us our table is until certain time and pressuring us ten minutes before. And right at the time hit, the last sip of my friend’s wine was taken away. ….its not like we were chatting and ignoring the fact they want the table back. We were on the way getting up. And the next party wasn’t there yet. Unfortunate.

The best pasta in San Francisco. Great salads and awesome criudo. You will leave very happy!!

Excellent! Mushroom sugo pasta was stupendous! Our server was knowledgeable, polite and fun!

Food is fantastic as always! Host/service can be cold. Not a lot of warmth or hospitality from the staff. It’s an improvement from last time but the vibe is “you’re lucky to dine with us” - not sure why. Music, ambience and food is on point!!!!!

We had a great time. Restaurant got us in before our reservation and the chef tasting menus is worth the price and got our stomach full!!

We got the tasting menu. Food was superb, especially the pasta. Service was great and value was great as well. We were full at the end of dinner.
