Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Our goal is to build on the foundations of classical Italian cooking to create a dining experience that respects tradition without being overly constrained by it.

Kick off your holiday season at Itria with an exciting tasting menu featuring the delights of The Caviar Co. Four (4) courses highlighting tasty ocean pearls atop of some of Itria's most celebrated dishes both new and old. We'll be pouring a beverage pairing that includes our favorite wine and sake selections from around the world. Because of the unique nature of this event we will not be able accommodate the following allergies and dietary preferences: Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free. Great dining experience! Evetythkng was delicious - crude, starters pasta and the incredible Lamb Belly. The affogato was icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

We came to Itria specifically to try the crudo. We had the large sampling of scallops, tuna, and striped bass. They were all delicious and very good quality, being flavorful enough but not overpowering. The scallops were our favorite. We also enjoyed the broccolini which we ate with the focaccia. The focaccia was one of the best we have ever had- so perfect and addictive. The pastas are fantastic and I enjoyed the 5 mushroom sauce very much. Desert was an apple tart that was well balanced and cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely return.

Server was hostile and not very accommodating to our party of three despite specifying reso was for three including elderly mother in law.

Our evening started a little rough- table significantly delayed. But the professional staff immediately stepped to the plate with complimentary drinks at the bar and a trio of oysters when we were seated at the bar. From there the experience could not have been better. Professional, personable staff, great service and food TO DIE FOR!!! Delicious wines by the glass. Crudos and starters were excellent. Pastas were sublime. One of the best restaurant meals I've had in 2024. Itria was just plain fabulous!
