ItalX, an avant-garde Italian restaurant, is now open for weekend lunch and dinner six days a week at City Center. The restaurant is located at 160 West Main Street. The team draws inspiration from Italy's emphasis on simple, fresh, quality ingredients and inspired hospitality in a warm and inviting space. A twist on traditional Italian fare, the menu will feature multiple scratch-made pastas, reimagined small plates, vegetarian and gluten-free offerings, and everyone's favorite desserts. Popular Italian dishes will be reinvented with elegant presentation. ItalX's bar program offers extensive Italian wines from all regions of 'the Boot' and an inventive cocktail list, backed by house-made ingredients and Italian liqueurs.

Wow, this is one of the best meals I’ve had in Lexington! Everything from the drinks, appetizer, entrees to dessert was absolutely fabulous! I can’t wait to go back soon!

We had a great experience. The service was very good and the food was delicious. The restaurant also provided a relaxing upscale feel without being stuffy. The pasta was delicious! My wife and I came here for our anniversary and we were both very satisfied with the whole experience.

Very enjoyable experience celebrating our son’s 22nd birthday. Good food and very nice atmosphere. Our server was very personable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant

Incredible service and food. It was my parents anniversary so I booked a table for them via OpenTable. I called the restaurant the day of the reservation and asked if they could charge the meal/gratuity to my card and add a little flare to the desert. I believe I spoke to Chris Allen and he took care of everything. He went above and beyond to make it a great experience. My parents absolutely loved the meal, service, and experience. Not only are my parents now huge fans of the restaurant, but my wife and I have enjoyed every single meal there.

Our first visit to ItalX and it exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, great ambience. Our server,Kayla was excellent! Great menu selection. Our appetizers were delicious. The main courses for our entire family were amazing! Homemade pastas, perfectly seasoned sauces and fresh ingredients. So enjoyable! We will definitely be back.

We had great service while we were there for Saturday evening dinner. Most importantly, though, I had the very best gnocchi I've ever had in my life!
