Italica is a unique, intimate hidden bar/restaurant with outstanding Italian cuisine. Our dishes are served tapas style and are meant to be combined and shared with others in your party. We have several dishes on and off our menu that are vegetarian and vegan friendly. Enter through the silver door on Miles Avenue to the right of Indio Taphouse.

Due to our limited capacity, reservations are required for dinner service. However, we welcome walk-ins at the bar, based on availability, and encourage late-night walk-ins to join us when possible.

To ensure that all our guests can savor our exquisite offerings, we allocate a 90-minute dining time for all parties.

Please note that Italica is an adults-only establishment. We kindly ask that our guests be above the age of 18 and are dressed appropriately.

Halloween Weekend with Tina Turntables

Come dance the night away at Italica's special late night Halloween weekend party. This intimate two night event will be one of your only chances to experience Italica in a late night club setting. Special menu and cocktail items will be available. Admission is on a first come first served basis but you can reserve one of our limited tables in advance. (Table minimum of $100 per person will apply).

The restaurant is beautiful inside. The ambiance is fun. The food is delicious. Jonathan our bartender makes the most delicious drinks and they are his own creations. I would highly recommend going to Italica.

I’m not sure I want to share how good this place is! I don’t want to have a hard time getting in, in the future. But this is San Fancisco quality…if you know…you know!

Amazing vibe. Feels like it should be in Palm Springs. Very was original. Only setback is the noise level.

Becoming a favorite place. Food and service were great. A little louder than I suspect the norm as a few birthday celebrations taking place… already booked another date.

Service was superb from start to finish 5 stars! Server was very knowledgeable in their meals to the smallest impressive details. Was confident in her product and gave us beautiful recommendations that hit the mark. Their mixologist took pride in his craft and delivered top-of-the-line unique delicious cocktails not your average bar drinks. And the food… our compliments to the chef! Apps to main meals… Amazing! Delectable! Savory!

Loved our entire experience. Atmosphere, service, food and cool transcending vibe was excellent! Frequent restaurant diners- we appreciated the speakeasy feel. Unique from other restaurants in the east side of the valley. Thank you! Unfortunately , noice level is very high. They have made efforts to control with padding under the tables, however- between the booths vibrating from the music and the loud overall sound- it is a bit much. Overall… we will be back! Ciao for now!!

We ordered the Polpette, bread, Nona Alici, chicken Milanese and everything was great. It is a speakeasy so it’s small, intimate and a bit loud. A fun place and I would say a bit daring to open a place like this in downtown Indio and I hope it succeeds! We will definitely be back to support them.

Our First time experience. Definitely a Palm Springs speakeasy vibe right in the heart of Indio. We loved the dark classy interior and fabulous food. The cocktails were very good especially the smoked table side one I had. Was fun to see what other tables ordered and will definitely be back. Most of us had pasta dishes for our main which were very good and had a nice spice heat to them. If I could find one thing that wasn’t perfect it was just a little too cold and breezy in the restaurant tonight so will bring something to layer next time. Service and ambience was great. We will be back.

I went to Italica for a date night with my hubby. We started off with the crudo, and it was delicious if you’re into fish. He has the branzino fish.
