We are not accommodated properly, from seating arrangement because we have to add 2 more seats as the booking allows only 8, we arrived a bit late due to senior citizen inability to walk fast. while we order we inquire about BDO promo, should have recommended about cap size and we have other people in the group to accommodate the excess of the cap promo on our order. This is really very frustrating. To top it up, our order which we repeatedly requested the tea for the senior citizen was given almost all our meal have been finished. They did not accepted the senior citizen discount despite our order is beyond the cap requirement of 6K. This is just very unaccommodating. you can feel that they are short in staff.
