Italian by Night is an urban Italian restaurant and bar with a cuisine focused on old world techniques in a modern kitchen.

A romantic Italian restaurant in Uptown Saint John with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is a mix of rustic exposed brick and wood beams, as well as elegant touches like linen tablecloths, fresh flowers and candles on the tables.

The menu offers a wide variety of Italian dishes, ranging from classic favorites like pizza and pasta to more upscale options like seafood, steaks, and excellent wine list. We use fresh ingredients, with a focus on high-quality flavors and presentation.

We offer corporate and wedding buyouts in a gorgeous venue with ample seating and layout, excellent food, attentive service, and a memorable atmosphere that is perfect for any special occasion. A personalized menu and experience will reflect your unique tastes and preferences.

We offer a private dining room for smaller groups.

    We are happy to work with our clients for both small or large private events at Italian by NIght. We offer restaurant 'buy-out' packages as well as smaller group event menus. Our beautiful open space concept can host up to 183 guests in a stand-up cocktail reception format or 120 guests for a seated dining experience. Hosting corporate, wedding or family events is our expertise. We welcome all inquiries.

    I love going there for the food, the service … the whole experience. The only downside is the noise levels which make it impossible to carry out a normal conversation.

    I am very impressed every time I have the privilege to eat at your restaurant. It is exceptional in terms of food quality, service, and ambiance. I would put it up against any restaurant in much larger centres.

    Menu has a great selection of, service was excellent. We didn’t feel rushed. Friendly staff Food was cooked perfectly and served hot. Would come back for sure!

    Absolutely fantastic!! We celebrated our 37th anniversary last night and could not have picked a better place. Our server, Lauren was the BEST and made the night perfect. Both of our meals were excellent and the atmosphere there is awesome. ( I’m so amazed by how clean the windows are!) I only wish that we had a place as nice as this back home. Thanks again for having us!!!! Shane and Joanne

    We went there for our 25th anniversary on Sept 11th and it was amazing! Incredible service food and atmosphere!! High recommended!!
