Had the privilege of trying their new restaurant out. Staff said they only have been open for a couple of weeks. They have the makings of something really special but isn't quite there yet as they are new. I'm sure they will figure it out. Food was good, service was fine. I don't have anything worth complaining about but I feel like at that price point it should have been exceptional. I may give them another try once they are better established.

A definitive experience to enjoy. The prefixe 8 course dinners are expected to last a minimum of 2 hours, but goes by in a flash. Each course is a gastronomic journey you'll savor in each passing moment. Service is new but attentive and friendly. Initially seems like tiny dishes, in total all the courses are filling and satisfying. A menu that changes seasonally you can return to find new pleasure and discoveries. An unforgettable moment you'll look forward to revisiting again, and again.

Everything from start to finish was perfection! We loved every course and every cut of beef was so good. Jim who prepared our beef at the table cooked everything perfectly. The service was spot on too. Can’t wait to go back, one of the best meals we’ve had in Bellevue.

The service was really good, but the timing of the experience is a bit slower than what i expected and portion of the food is small for the price. Nice location for special occasion.

Absolutely phenomenal food and presentation. For how a little time they have been open the service was impeccable and the servers all did a fantastic job. Highly recommend for an intimate dinner.

What a wonderful addition to the culinary scene of the Seattle area! In an exquisitely styled environment, with very amicable and attentive staff, a very relaxing, chilled yet classy atmosphere, we were spoiled by the most delicious meats, and dishes in general! What a treat! We very much enjoyed the ca 3 hour experience, and look forward to many more visits ;)) Thank you very much!
