The food was fantastic. But 4 four average sized ravioli’s that is considered to be a meal and for it to cost $28 a plate, not worth it. It was a nice restuarant to try for sure. But the service was slow. The waiter never asked if we wanted drinks other than water. We finished our food by the time we got drinks. So a little slow on the service side. If you don’t mind the little details and care about the food quality then it is a place to visit

Fantastic food, fantastic service, highly recommend The ITA board as well as the burrata ravioli!!! 😋 We were pleasantly surprised, five stars all day long.

It was our first time at any ITA and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend the table side warm mozzarella appetizer! All of our dishes were yummy!

Service was great. Portions were huge! Food was fresh and delicious! I recommend this restaurant to everyone! Def will be a town favorite soon!

so.. we had booked a bar table but there was a very loud group in the bar so they asked if we wanted to be seated in the dining room and we said yes. I asked if we could sit by the window.. was told no although the restaurant was empty.. they said those tables were reserved but no one sat there the entire time we were there. Ultimately we were seated near the bathrooms in an empty restaurant. Ordered drinks.. fine and our appetizer a cheeseboard. The server came back after a few minutes and asked for our entree order.. said she couldn’t put in the app until we ordered our entree so we did. The cheese board comes out with not even a cracker.. no bread.. nothing. Apparently they charge $5 for bread. Cheese board was okay.. not as described. Chicken parm was good.. sauce not great. Overall seating was not good. It was noisy. We felt rushed . Expensive and food was just okay. With so many other choices locally we will not return.

Second time at I.T.A. First time was right after the opening, so while that review was marginal, it was worth a second look. And, we were going to a concert right next door at the Patchogue theater (a plus for the restaurant.) So this time was better. Still noisy, still crowded (the concert perhaps?) Server did a fine job in the chaos, so while a bit slow, we got everything we ordered in time for the show. The table next to us was not so lucky, after their appetizers, no dinner; they walked out. But, I digress as this is my review. Caesar salad was very good but needed anchovy paste to spark it up. Veal (Mario?) with artichokes, prosciutto, mozz, spinach was decent. Not a ton of flavor, but respectable. Side pasta was good. Prices are reasonable. If you’re going to the theater or live in town (as I do) ITA is a good choice.

Average food - meatballs were okay but not great - chicken andrew is overrated as the cheese crust is much too strong in flavor
