Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience I had at ITA. The restaurant was empty but the service was so slow. We had asked for cheese and salt and each touch way longer than it should’ve considering the waiter had maybe two other tables. We also felt very rushed and unhappy with what we ordered. Upsetting.

Went there on a Monday night and sat in bar area. Main reason we went was for the Martinis and they did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Our bartender/server Jake was amazing he even suggested a martini that was not on the menu, cookies and cream, it was so yummy. Again the main reason we, my sister and daughter, went was for the cocktails so we weren’t looking at the menu. Well the food too was delicious. I never order pasta but I got the gnocchi in the truffle cream sauce it was good. Definitely will go back and on a Monday night so we get Jake.

Food and service was outstanding. This is the 2nd time we've had AJ as a waiter, he's terrific!!

Italian food was good but don’t get the smash burger it was so dry it was difficult to eat and quite overpriced considering the quality of the meal. All other ita locations take the foodie card and will happily give you 10% off your bill, the waitress fought us on it and wouldn’t let us get the 10% off because apparently they take the tristate one not the Long Island one (but all other locations do??) put a bad taste in our mouth at the end of our meal. You’ll over pay here, service is good and the app and dessert blew away the entree unfortunately. Don’t bother getting the burger here & the spicy rigatoni came with grilled chicken not blackened, told our waitress who took it back and came back out saying it was blackened but it was clearly not. Just a weird thing to lie about and not redo. Also seems improper that the manager wouldn’t come to the table after thinking something’s wrong with your meal.

Hello Kim! I am so sorry you had a misleading experience here at ITA Kitchen Patchogue. You are correct that all locations used to take the Long Island Foodie Card however we recently updated our membership to only take the Tristate card! I also apologize about your food experiece. I hope we can make it up to you. We do sincerly apologize and I would like to offer you a $25 Gift Card to hopefully have you back to our restaurant!

I’ve been here a couple times, food was nothing special this time. The whole experiences was not the best nor the worst.

We went for a birthday celebration. Good vibes and great service. The food was delicious and big portioned which is great for when you’re celebrating a man’s birthday haha :)

Great place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Food is fantastic. Wait staff friendly & knowledgeable about the menu and the atmosphere is the perfect energy for a modern Italian restaurant. A truly fulfilling experience.

The food was great, I loved watching the homemade mozzarella get made, the desserts were delicious and our server Jordan was excellent, his customer service was impeccable. I am definitely coming back!
