I came here with my husband for Valentine’s Day, our first time. It was great. service was great! Food was great! The garden room is pretty! Had a great Valentine’s Day dinner. we will be back for sure.

Food and service was good. Music was way too loud which I was warned about by a friend who has been to the Garden City location multiple times so I’m guessing that’s their thing across all locations. Although the food was good I just feel like it was very over priced. Our bill for 2 people, 1 drink each, 2 small appetizers and 2 meals came to just over $200 after tip. Again the food quality was there but we have had a more elevated dinning experience at a fancy steak and seafood restaurant with filet mignon for much less. Also our Valentine’s Day reservation was supposed to come with a free glass of champagne as advertised when reserving which was one of the reasons we chose to dine at I.T.A. and that didn’t happen. We noticed all the tables around us didn’t have or were not given it either so we just let it go and didn’t say anything but it was misleading and disappointing.

Amazing food- everything we had was perfect. Very Italian American. Our waiter was so accommodating and made great recommendations! We will be back!

The service was commendable up until we received our appetizers. After receiving our appetizers we were asked to be moved because they had a table of 6 that they needed to accommodate. We had to then move our own food and drinks to our new table. When we received our entrees, two of them were completely wrong. we then had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to fix our food after waiting nearly an hour to get the entrees in the first place.

First timers here. Upon arrival we were a little taken back by the decor. We expected ITA to be a little classier. We were definitely skeptical. Our waiter Anthony was fantastic! We ordered the meatball and the eggplant appetizers. They were both delicious. For entrees there were plenty of chicken dishes to choose from (which I loved). All of our entrees were outstanding! We barely had room for dessert but had to give it a try. The cannoli crumb cake was delicious! We can't wait to go back!

Was seated quickly, service was great. Food was great, drinks were also really good. We definitely go back there and recommend it.

Food and service was great! Was able to chat with Whitey and the bartender and they were super sweet and personable. The food was already a reason to come back, but the customer service was a nice cherry on top of a great dinner.

Food was delicious - loved my crispy chicken cutlet! Only issue was missing a way to keep our wine bottle cold at table.

Went with high expectations. Food was ok. We sat in garden room and the door was kept open(on a freezing night) often. Service was eh. Not the best first experience.
