We loved it. Everything we ordered from the rice balls to the gnocchi with shrimp was wonderful.

It was great the food is always delicious and so are the drinks! Definitely recommend the Jules Carozza and spicy rigatoni. We were seated in the tent out back which was decorated nicely but it was pretty chilly in there.

Overall our experience was good. The food was delicious and our server was friendly. We sat in the garden room by the door. The room was extremely cold, especially with the door opening and closing frequently. It was a little uncomfortable. I think there needs to be more heating in order to help make the room comfortable in the winter.

I’m gluten and dairy free. The server was very knowledgeable about this. I got the salmon with the sweet chili sauce that comes with spinach. Delicious. My husband had the Caesar salad with blackened shrimp. Nothing was left on his plate. Noise was moderate; lights kept going high and low on their own. Seeing a show next door so the service was quick! Totally recommend.

Service was unattentive, our waitress was very slow to check on us or ask if we needed anything or more drinks, how are food was.

ITA Kitchen in Bay Shore is a hidden jem among all the restaurants along Main Street. When walking in the door you are warmly greeted and led to your awaiting table. We were sat out in the back of the property in a heated tent with permanent walls complete with gorgeous decorations and enough heat/ac ducts to make you more than feel like you are not dining outside in the 35 degree weather. The waiter we had was fantastic. Friendly, welcoming but not over bearing or hovering at all. As a waiter you need to be able to read the table and see how much attention certain patrons require. Everyone is not the same; some need more and some are very happy with the minimum and our server read us like a book. Drinks were great; tiramisu martini and a gingerbread Moscow mule(complete with a gingerbread man floater). Apps we had to go with the Ma, The Meatballs!! as well as the pesto arancini, both were delicious. We then had the chicken cutlet/vodka sauce/mozzarella entree and the veal chop/ prosciutto/ mozzarella truffle mushroom sauce/risotto. Man let me start by saying, damn!!! Huge portions but the flavor was spot on and my eyes rolled in the back of my head on the very first bite. I’m a professionally trained executive chef who has worked in many a NYC three star kitchen and trust me when I say, run don’t walk to have this veal chop. Best single dish of food that I have had in a very long time. Amazing. Could only finish half it was so enormous. Dessert was tiramisu and a cappuccino which is my go to dessert. Again spot on. It was a great meal and I am glad I didn’t pick Chili’s for a burger tonight 😂 Bravo to the entire Team at ITA Kitchen; and to the Chef, hats off to a phenomenal meal that I am so very grateful to have enjoyed . I will be back 1000%. Great food, great service, lovely atmosphere and an overall fantastic experience is a recipe for a winner 🏆 Great job all around 👏

I was searching for a restaurant with warm holiday ambiance for my wife’s birthday and decided on ITA. Not to toot my horn but it was a great decision! Parking can be tough on a Friday night in Bay Shore but we managed to find a spot quickly around the corner. Once we arrived, my wife loved the warmness of the main dining room. We were greeted and seated promptly. But not in the main dining room but their climate controlled holiday room. It was a short walk outside to the rear patio. It was decorated beautifully. We were seated and right away greeted by our server, Antonio. Right away he introduced himself and even made small talk with my 2 toddlers. My wife ordered the Jingle Juice holiday cocktail and I had a peroni. Boring but gets the job done. For dinner, we ordered calamari, chicken parm with vodka sauce and chicken picante. Antonio read my mind and offered to split the chicken parm for the kids in separate plates. Food came out quickly! My boys, who can be a bit picky at time, just loved the chicken parm and pasta. The servings are large and they managed to finish nearly th entire plate! My wife and I split the calamari, chicken picante and what was left of the chicken parm. We were impressed at the flavors of each dish. Antonio checked on us a few times during our meal. As it was my wife’s birthday, I mentioned it and Antonio said he knew and will take care of us. And that he did. He brought out a birthday dessert with ice cream and fried rainbow cookies, large enough for the 4 of us! Overall, the restaurant was lovely, food delicious but what made this experience perfect was the service Antonio provided. We will definitely be back!

We specifically made a reservation for the garden room. We were not told that at any point that could change and that we would be placed inside. We arrived on time for our reservation. When we got there, we were told the garden room was being used for a private party so they seated us inside. I said why didn’t you call us and she said oh I called but no one answered. So do you think they should have left a message? They did not. Then they proceeded to say we have this table for you. There were seven of us. It was one long rectangle table at the very front of the restaurant by the door under blasting music. I said can you please put us at one of those tables in the back, which by the way were all empty. She said no this is your table. So, we left. And had a wonderful dinner at Butera’s. I have another reservation for this coming Saturday at ITA, which I am now canceling. Terrible way to do business.
