First time trying this place and we were looking forward to it. We had a reservation for 6:15. We got there at 6:21 and they put us at the bar. (I had called the restaurant earlier to see if i could push the reservation back 15-30 min as my wife was coming from PA and I was worried about traffic. They told me they couldn't so I told them I would do my best to get there at 6:15.) We were right under a vent and it was freezing. There was another couple sitting at the bar before us. We sat there for 12 minutes without anyone greeting us or giving us water or opening our bottle of wine. There were several employees(including the owner & manager) who saw both couples sitting there. It was very strange. I finally asked the manager to get a waiter. I could tell the other couple was agitated as they were sitting there even longer than us. I don't mind waiting as long as I have some water and a drink. We split the meatballs as an appetizer. They were good. We split a caesar salad which was also good. My wife got the cavatelli with pork ragu & broccoli rabe. It was excellent and a big portion. I had the short ribs cavatappi. It was ok. Not a lot of short ribs and a little dry. The taste was fine. This portion was much smaller than the cavatelli. For dessert we had the cheesecake with caramel and se salt. It was out of this worlds delicious. We will be back to try again.

Such a lovely & fun restaurant! What a great vibe, friendly staff, and awesome atmosphere. All the food was beyond delicious and beautiful. Our server Alex was exceptional! We had a wonderful time.

Great restaurant. I think the best in the area. Food is creative and delicious. Meatballs are divine! Can't wait to go back again.

Wonderful restaurant, the best on LBI, in my humble opinion. I love, love, love the Caesar salad with anchovies and the brocollini was excellent. And that cheesecake. OMG! I have never had cheesecake like that and I don't even particularly like cheesecake. Our waitress was delightful and everyone at our table was happy. We are actually coming back tonight and looking forward to it!

Disorganized when it came to seating guests- put 5 people at a table for 4, put 3 people at a table for 2 on either side of us

We were asked to please rush along our dinner after we were done eating even though there were 2 open tables in the restaurant. Very rude!
