This place has amazing food and I love the table Caesar salad. It it a great place to look at the ocean and have a fantastic meal.

Great spot with delicious food and amazing view of Oceanfront. Great and attentive staff. Menu options were really fantastic as well. Definitely a come again spot.

The food was very good, as usual, but we had terrible service which marred a birthday celebration. When we came in, we were nearly the only customers. It took us an hour to get our salad, and we only got it because another more experienced server told our server she needed to get busy on making our salad because we had been waiting so long. It was a full hour and forty-five minutes before we finally got our entrees, and only because I had flagged down our server twice. By that time the restaurant was crowded and our server made the excuse that they had a lot of walk-ins. We had made reservations more than a week in advance and should have been served before people that had not made a reservation. We had come up in the elevator with another couple, and they had had dessert and paid their bill before we ever got our orders. We would have loved to have had dessert, but by that time we were so disgusted we just paid our bill and left. Very disappointing. The restaurant needs to train their staff better. Our server had only been working there for a month, but that is no excuse.

Beautiful, clean & quiet restaurant with a fantastic view of the ocean. The food was delicious & our server was so kind. I had the scampi & my husband had the tuscana. 10/10 recommend!

We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from a local. The view is beautiful, although if you have an oceanfront hotel room, it's largely the same. When we walked into the restaurant and sat down, I noticed that the restaurant and furnishings were tired and worn and could use a refresh. We were seated at an oceanfront table next to the window outside of the kitchen door and waiter's station. The table was wider than it needed to be, so I was almost touching chairs with the lady behind me, and we couldn't move without disturbing each other. Our waiter did move our table out so that we could get out when we were finished. Also, I'm only 5 feet tall, and my shoulders barely rose above the table top. The food was decent, although the entree portions are on the small side. We received very fresh bread before dinner, and everyone gets a bowl of spaghetti, so you will not leave hungry. The prices were very reasonable for a high-end beach restaurant, so this was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant for a nice meal during your visit to VA Beach.

I made the reservation at least 2 weeks in advance And requested a table by the window also went Earlier than usual to increase my chances of being Seated by the window They showed us to the table by the window next To the kitchen/serving area. That was a distasteful Choice on their part. I guess people who are Regulars get first choice. Last year I had my sons birthday dinner at your Restaurant and spent close to $600. I have Returned because friends wanted to go Guess what a party of 4 no window table I will never come to your restaurant again I hastily said we would sit in a booth that Was also behind the service area. Clanking of Dishes etc. Your restaurant is a waste as far as I am concerned. No real ambiance as far as I am concerned Greed greed. Keep the serving station inside Those doors or loose the bar. $$$$$$$$$$ Ps had a special guest from out of town believe Me NOT IMPRESSED👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I know this restaurant is a Virginia Beach institution but we were not impressed. I had been here once before with my mom 15 years ago & it looks the same with nice vintage photos of Virginia Beach (& in need of a little refresh on the chairs) and the food is just OK. We both started with a house salad with a Very nice Parmesan pepper creamy dressing. My husband had lasagna, his go-to, and said it was good but not outstanding. I had linguine with red clam sauce. Again, good but nothing special. The Chocolate Torte, however, was Outstanding!! Dense & intensity chocolate, I would go back just for that. Our server was Don, who did a great job checking on us without hovering.
