At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

    Ordered calamari with no coating as wife is gluten free. Came out coated. Fries were cold. Did not take cancelled calamari off bill.

    They definitely weren’t ready for the valentines rush and sat everyone late. The restaurant temp felt like it was -10 degrees. People were complaining about how cold it was. We ended up sitting outside as it was too cold inside. The food was fair and the service was slow. We are guessing because of the holiday. Better places to spend your money in Clearwater

    Love this place, it has the best atmosphere makes you feel like you are on vacation when we actually live here! The food is delicious

    Been here many times over the years. Food was great except for the filet mignon bacon wrap. Bacon was raw and not really edible

    Extremely loud. They forgot to bring our appetizer. The food tasted good. Our waiter was outstanding.We will come back again.
