At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

Sunday brunch was amazing. Enjoyed the variety of food options, the complimentary mimosa and the view. We even saw a dolphin during our meal. Great atmosphere. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This restaurant was my husband and I’s first experience. We visited Clearwater for our 25th anniversary. This restaurant was recommended to us by a couple we met who ate there the night before. The menu and prices were attractive and the food was delicious. The oyster Rockefeller’s were really good. I loved the lobster bisques. It tasted authentic and my lobster tail was succulent. My husband’s ribeyes was flavorful too. Jason was our waiter and he was absolutely wonderful!

Great birthday celebration for my mom. The food was delicious, service.was good, and the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. We will be back.

Restaurant was clean and beautiful. There was a nice view of the water. Quality of food was excellent, the steak flavor was amazing and cooked perfectly! Price was fair. My salad came out only about 1-2 minutes before the food and they forgot to bring bread until after our food came. Aside from the bread and salad timing, I would recommend trying island way grille. We will return as we really did enjoy the food!

Was definitely not on point last night. Very disappointing. 1st visit for my Mom and it was horrible. Took 30 minutes to get our salads, My mom's potatoes were cold and her entree was not cooked how she asked them to cook it.The dining room was very loud and hot. Was there for 2 hours totally uncalled for. Server was nice but not attentive!

Having eaten at the Island Way Grill many times I was extremely disappointed this afternoon. First we waited for 20 minutes for our water. Then the waiter told us that we would get our drink when the bar tender got around to it. It took the waiter 10 minutes to bring us lemon for our water. The time we waited between courses was excessive. And to boot the filet was so small that it was almost comical. In all good conscience I could not recommend this restaurant although we have had many fine meals with great service in the past.
