The restaurant was beautiful. The server and staff was attentive. And the food exceeded expectations. Everything really tasted fresh and we will definitely be going back.

My dining experience was fabulous. The executive chef Christian & the cook Hector took their time to create a beautiful dish for my dining experience. I ate the Tuna Noodle Aguachile! It was amazing as it was beautiful!! I appreciate the bartender Kaitlyn as well. She makes fabulous drinks! 12 out of 10! Definitely recommend. The ambiance is fabulous as well!

It was a nice dinner, the experience was amazing along with the service it was excellent the only thing was my lobster was a little too burnt since it was a grill lobster but overall good food and good service!!! Shout out to Clint he was amazing for the night. His hospitality was so outstanding!

Isla blue is a beautiful spot with a great ambiance, perfect for a nice evening out. The restaurant's design is modern yet cozy, and the beachfront location makes it an amazing place to relax and take in the views. If you're planning a visit, try to go around sunset -- the colors over the ocean are magical! We sat at the bar and had a great experience with our bartender Patrick. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and the cocktails were delicious! I also highly recommend the bonita roll for food.

My family enjoyed a lovely Sunday evening meal at Isla Blue during our stay on the property. Don't skimp on dessert; the horchata y donas was easily the best ending to a meal that we've had in many months. And although some bartenders put little effort into their mocktails, that was not the case at Isla Blue, where the mixologist served up a delicious lychee-flavored drink to our teenager. But the BEST part of this dining experience was our server, Billy - who greeted us warmly, served our table attentively, and made us feel welcome and cared for. What an absolute gem of a server. We look forward to returning!

I should have known it wouldn’t be a good experience when there was, for some unknown reason, a 5 minute wait time to be seated in an empty restaurant (yes we had reservations). The taquitos and wine were thankfully decent but it was all down hill from there. The filet tasted as if they added the char and grill marks after cooking. The prawns were mushy. As if they forgot they had prawns from a week ago and decided to cook them. Everything else was simply bland and lifeless. $220 later, we left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.

We came down to St. Thomas for my 50th birthday and Isla Blue was our last dinner for the week. Absolutely beautiful restaurant and our waiter was phenomenal. The food delicious, although very expensive! But we enjoyed gorgeous views and had a great experience.

I had the King fish soup special, it was devine. The top sirloin (cooked medium) with broccolini was perfect. The ambiance was quiet. You could hear the waves at the beach. Overall experience was very good. One note is there is a $10 parking fee if you're not staying at the resort.
