The paella tasty however had no shrimp only shrimp heads minimum sausage mostly mussels. The Caesar salad was skimpy and a few food items were not available

Fantastic ambiance & view and wonderful service. The dishes were exotic and delicious. Our only disappointment was that several dishes were unavailable (no catch of the day, no lobster tacos, no crispy rice, no “lime in da coconut” dessert and no coconut lime sorbet).

The restaurant is nice, but totally overpriced. Food was ok, but nothing really special to make you go again.

Excellent service and a creative approach to each dish. The appetizers were exceptional! Extensive wine and spirits selection. Will definitely return!

We had a scallop appetizer that was terrific. The presentation and guacamole sauce was delicious. Our waiter,Bill, was a delight and added much to the evening. The lobster bisque was disappointing. We arrived after dark so we did not get to view the sunset - I am sure it is fabulous. The noise we heard was the gentle lapping of the waves hitting the beach. Island ambiance. Our entrees were very good, grouper and Tiger Prawns. While not inexpensive, it is truly a great evenings experience.

Billy was the absolute best. Keanu, the hostess, was great, too. Food was delicious. Beverages were amazing. Dessert was light and clean to taste. Ambiance was top notch. Ocean view spectacular.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! The service was excellent. The drinks and food were exquisite. The overall ambience was simply outstanding, and the restaurant is extremely well appointed. The chef came out to greet us and he was as humble as his food was exceptional. We visited Isla Blue twice this week. Elgin was our first server and Billy was our server on the second visit. Both servers were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, appropriately humorous and very helpful with making recommendations and pairings. We love it here!

We had a wonderful evening at Isla Blue! The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere could not have been better. Fresh caught grouper from Hull Bay was the special and was the best I've ever had! The most excellent dining experience on the island! Chef Christian visited our table, which was an added bonus to a perfect night! Absolutely recommend Isla Blue for an unparalleled dinner experience!

The restaurant was beautiful. The server and staff was attentive. And the food exceeded expectations. Everything really tasted fresh and we will definitely be going back.
