Une expérience authentique à Raleigh ! Lorsque l'Irregardless a ouvert ses portes en 1975, il était réputé comme un lieu de rencontre des hippies et des végétariens. Dans les années 80, il a été le premier restaurant de Caroline du Nord à interdire de fumer. Aujourd'hui, le café est le plus ancien restaurant de Raleigh à avoir gardé son propriétaire d'origine. Il a beaucoup changé au fil des années, mais ses valeurs fondamentales sont restées les mêmes. Ses repas primés sont faits maison avec des ingrédients d'origine bio et locale. Restaurant gastronomique décontracté, l'Irregardless propose des viandes et des fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des plats végétariens, végétaliens et sans gluten, avec des ingrédients de source durable. Nous avons aussi une liste de vins uniques, des bières artisanales, des espressos, des cappuccinos et des sachets de thé avec 25 saveurs différentes. Des concerts sont également organisés tous les soirs. Nos nombreux musiciens jouent toutes sortes de musiques, du jazz en passant par le bluegrass. Ces groupes sont répertoriés sur notre site Internet. Les plus grands groupes jouent le samedi soir, idéal pour danser. Le café Irregardless est l'endroit où se rejoignent régulièrement les groupes d'amis pour souper.

    I’ve been dining at Irregardless since I was a child and it has been a wonderful experience every time . Delicious garden salad and roasted harissa cauliflower were on the menu and tasted amazing!

    Server was super polite and our food came quickly. However, the food is mediocre, especially given the prices. My bok choy was steamed beyond recognition and the sauce on the salmon was far too thick.

    A lovely Valentine's evening. The vibe was friendly and welcoming, and the two violinists were a nice touch. Food was fine - and the fingerling potatoes were delicious! Our dessert cobbler arrived cold, but it was a busy night and they heated it up quickly. Fun place.

    This is one of my favorite restaurants and I usually give it very positive reviews. However last night, on Valentine’s Day, I had a hard time finding something I wanted to order from the new menu. I settled on the grilled salmon and was disappointed. It was served in a lemon piccata sauce that was overwhelming on the plate and rendered the vegetables soggy. My husband did better with the grilled ribeye. But the service was great as always as were the musicians, The Foscoe Philharmonic. The menu at Irregardless rotates. This one just wasn’t for us.

    Great food and the service from Omar was excellent. Superbowl evening, so it was quiet. Appreciate they don't have TV's so you can enjoy the food and company: it's a restaurant and not a sports cafe. We had brunch here (very busy!) before this was the first time we came for dinner, but it will not be the last time!

    Food is always great as is service. Only complaint ever is that the acoustics are bad and it is extraordinarily noisy.

    First steak I have ordered at Irregardless in years. Gone way downhill. Not tender, and too chewy. The only other negative was the noise level was high. They used to have a lot of noise cancelling artwork hanging all over from the ceiling. Not so now. Despite these changers for the worse, Irregardless remains one of my top choices in Raleigh. The food is always outstanding (although I won’t be ordering the steak again). The rest of my party really loves dining here as well. We will definitely be back.

    We were told that the restaurant used to be vegetarian only and 3 of 4 of us had excellent veggie entrees. The shareables we had were great too. The service was great (thanks Nico) too. When one entree came with lukewarm fries, they were not only replaced but Nico provided a comp dessert as well. Live music was a nice touch. Looking forward to another visit soon.
