Ironwood is one of my favorite places to dine. It is consistently great food and service. Dajana was our server and she was attentive and patient with us. We will continue to come to Ironwood.

Took my parents here for dinner and had an amazing experience. Food was excellent and service was equally as great. Our server Shana was amazing and attentive!

Had a wonderful evening out with my wife at Ironwood Cellars in Laguna Hills. We had reservations for 5:30 p.m. and arrived early. We were greeted by Joe, the manager on duty, who was very kind, professional, and welcoming. Art was our server and is amazingly gifted in customer service professionalism and overall people skills. Yes, showing the love. We started with tequilla drinks from the bar, and we each had a wedge salad. Joe sent us over a wonderful Agnolotti appetizer as well, which was more than kind. The ambiance was positive and upbeat, perfect for the evening. Sergio was also quite attentive in making sure our table was serviced properly. We ordered our entrees with my wife having the halibut dinner, and I had the famous giant meatball dish. Both meals were hot & tasty and presented well. We had a terrific time, and Art surprised us with a complimentary dessert 🍨 with berries. The restaurant is so nice and offers an outdoor patio and bar seating as well. The wine list is extensive, as are the craft beers. Highly recommended.

The food and service is always above and beyond. The owner sent us the roasted brussel sprouts as an appetizer. It was unbelievable. This restaurant is really terrific. Service is A+++

For what it is worth I was VERY disappointed with the giant meatball. It was extremely bland and tasteless. I suspect the ratio of wagu beef, jidori chicken and duroc pork was incorrect. Perhaps mostly beef. Disappointed since the whole point of eating out is enjoy something better than home cooking… (ie not the opposite)! Seems like a consistency issue as I had this dish before and really liked it. Perhaps this restaurant is going downhill as it was very empty for a Friday evening (ie my family was actually surprised). Although My wife and son enjoyed their meals we most likely won’t be back although it is a very short distance from our home. Thanks, Dave K

Missing the vibe it use to have, wait staff was young and inexperienced, GM never can by the table to say hi or offer an appetizer, very different than when Patrick was managing and place was upbeat, 1/2 empty at 6:30pm on a Friday night, will be the next casualty of a restaurant closures - shame!

Honest review - My daughter got the wagyu burger and didn’t care for it. My husband had the wide pasta noodles with vegetables and balsamic glaze and said it was delicious. I had the seared salmon with Pearl couscous. The salmon was really good, but the couscous was tasteless, and the carrots were undercooked. The service was great, and the food came fast. The ambiance is nice but the music was too loud for my liking. I would probably go back again but I think the chef needs to work a little harder to get the food to a 5.
