Food was OK, not memorable. Pricey for the quality level. The place was absolutely dead when we ate there. Just one other couple.

The waitress took our drink order and then disappeared after being there half an hour we finally saw her and hailed her and she said , oh you are waiting for your wine, I said no I ordered lemonade and we would like to order our dinner. The restaurant wasn’t even half full, after another 30 minutes, still no food, hailed her again and she said she would check with the kitchen, we said forget it we will pay for the lemonade and that we were leaving, the people at the next table were just leaving and said they had been there two hours. We all agreed the place is way over priced, the service was the worst I have ever seen, we walked across the parking lot and had a lovely dinner at Longhorn steak house.

How this place is still operating is beyond me. Our first time there. Felt horrible for the waitress. She tried her best and had to apologized for everything out of her control, i.e., the wait, the order mistakes, cooking errors, etc. They were understaffed even though it wasn't busy. Arrived at 5:30, received water a half hour later. Received our dinner 1:10 mins later. The food is no better than an Applebee's or TJ Fridays. They are marketing this establishment as fine dining. Anything but that. The somewhat limited menu is beyond overpriced. Immediately next door was a Lone Star, and the parking lot was packed. Iron Rock had plenty of open spaces and now I know why. $59 for a 14 oz. sirloin with a limited choice of sides. $12 for a average piece of cheesecake. At least two parties got up a walked out after at least a half hour wait to get a waitress. Have no idea why anyone would go a second time.

Food was good but the bartender could do a better job with those $15.00 drinks. She did not know how to make a fresh mojito. The best bartenders make one with fresh limes and mint muddled together, they don’t just dump lime juice and hope that’s sufficient. It’s not.

We have dined here a few times, but tonight will be our last visit. The food was terrible, cold, and not prepared well for the price. Service was very slow, which could have been the kitchen. However, the restaurant was not busy. This used to be a lovely higher end restaurant in the area. What happened?

Service was great, but for the price (quite pricey I thought), I expected my fries with my burger to be hot or at the least warm (and they were not).

Tasty food. Great service despite a wedding rehearsal party in the next room. Pricey but good overall.

I ordered a margarita-took 15 minutes. It was very sour. I sent it back. Server brought the second one 15 minutes later- it tasted the same. I sent it back and ordered a sangria. I have stopped by to see if the 2 margarita’s were on my bill but no one has gotten back to me.
