    It was very cold inside the restaurant. I asked the waiter if they could shut the door but they didn’t. Food wasn’t seasoned. No salt and pepper on the table.

    Thanks to Iron River and Staff. The meal was fantastic, great value for money and service. The booking was easy and we're there every Wednesday.

    This was an absolute ABOMINATION! Fancy going to a restaurant that has NO vegetables, all of which are on the menu! When we asked to order a couple of sides of vegetables that said there were none. This is Lunchtime (ie. 1pm on a thursday). No remorse. I went to pay the bill, and quizzed the waitress why there were no vegetables. It seemed to be the manager, who was sitting at a counter doing paperwork, then said to me, "Our bloody supplier didnt bring our vegetable order". She also offered no remorse. No apology. No make good. I often wonder why people like this work in a service field. They clearly have no intention to try and make people happy. If it were me, I would have gone to the supermarket or fruit shop less than 100m away to go and buy some base load of vegetables. The steak was (their SIGNATURE dish) was average too. Don't go here! I won't and wouldn't want anyone to have the experience I had...

    hi I did apologise that day twice, my waitress apologised also. we offered you garden salad and slaw and chips and everything we could to make you happy. I cannot help a logistical issue, also the vegetable shop that you claim was a 100m away was what McDonalds? quest? I take pride trying very hard to make sure each and every customer leaves happy but even when we told you of the situation you still couldn't understand or show us any remorse? and in this industry things happen that are out of our control. you kept asking us for things like cut fruit or vegetables which we clearly didn't have as we were awaiting our order. we tried hard to help you and do our best but still you were disappointed. so I am sorry that we didn't live up to your standards my apologies and kind regards rach

    We have been to Iron River Bar & Grill numerous times and the food and service is always fabulous. Great to have a top class steak resturant in our local area......Until next time.....!!

    Service was poor. Had to wave down several staff to be able to order. Food was extremely delayed. Mac and cheese fritters cold in the middle. Did not feel as if we got good value for our money.
